This is more of a straight buff than a gaiter. The picture does not properly represent the product. If you are looking for a flanged neck, as is standard on a typical "gaiter", this product is NOT for you.
Wish I would have found sooner as fair skinned or redheads need this to prevent the dreaded skin cancer. Better than slobbering on a bottle of SPF 100 every time I go fishing.
I love these things. Everyone knows bass are deterred by sunscreen on your hands/baits/ line/ etc. I wish they had more variety in styles... but for the price, these breath awesome, and prevent sunburn... I have bought 3!
Looks and works good, but should be wider at the base so it covers the back of my neck down to my shirt. As its designed, it is too small, and doesnt go all the way down.
Pretty good. This is my 2nd fishmask. I had one rated 30UPF and I bought this one because this one rated as 50+UPF. Both of the fishmasks I have are pretty good. This one feels a tiny coarse or denser on the material than my old one. However, it still doesnt feel uncomfortable and I believe it is probably because due to the higher UPF ratings.
