Its perfect! We have a gala to go to next weekend and my dress has short sleeves and I felt I needed something over my arms if Im chilly that wouldnt spoil the look of my dress. It does have a very slight odor when you take it out of the shipping bag, but I hung it up on a hanger overnight out in the hallway and this morning its fine. Beautiful, shiny and will be perfect!

The scarf is lovely. it drapes as pictured. It is long enough and wide enough to provide a shawl effect and soft enough to gently fold upon itself. Really dresses up a black cocktail dress. However, as with other reviewers, the odor that permeates the material is just short of toxic. I aired it out in the fresh air - no help. I ran it through the dryer with Febreze - still smelled. I finally took some fabric softener and ran it thru the dryer again. Almost gone. But i have to use it tonight for a fancy gala. I hope the odor has evaporated enough so that it is not noticeable. So if someone is thinking of purchasing it, give yourself at least a week or two so that it can be aired out.

This evening wrap had everyone at my sisters wedding in awe. It looks even more beautiful in person. Im so glad that I found this evening wrap, and I was even more satisfied when everyone else loved it!

This is a Beautiful large shawl. One big negative is the strong scent upon opening the package. It is almost a diesel oil smell. Im hoping it goes away after I hand wash it. I typically dont have issues with strong scents but this one is really bad.
