This dress exceeds my expectations! I am kind of tall at 510, about 180lbs, and wear a 10/12 in pants. I bought the large and it fits amazing! When I opened the package I immediately doubted the reviews that touted this dress as being super flattering and roomy. Those doubt disappeared when I tried it on. It makes my waist look trim, and flows nicely. Pockets!!!!!! I dont know how I missed that detail when I was ordering. The length isnt I deal but long dresses usually do not hit me perfectly. I do find this length to be acceptable because of the rounded cut bottom and slits. Good enough for me! I cannot vouch for the durability of the elastic yet as I just received it, but I can see how it might not last long term. If this dress lasts the summer I will be happy and feel that I got my monies worth.

I give this product ZERO stars... I received the dress on 7/27 & I wore the dress for the first time on 7/29 for my goddaughter’s Christening. I had it on for all of 1 hour and the elastic snapped as soon as we pulled into the church parking lot & the top portion of the dress fell down exposing my strapless bra. Therefore, I spent the next 20 minutes with my mom and cousin trying to use safety pins to salvage the dress. To make matters worse I had to stand in the front of the church with an ugly bandaged dress, feeling super self conscious... To make matters even worse the dress looks terrible in pictures & I have plenty to remember it. UGH! Do not buy this. If you do keep a change of clothes nearby.

This dress fit even better than expected and looked super cute. I’m 5’2” and normally wear a size 6-8. I ordered a medium and it was perfect I didn’t even have to have it hemmed!

This was my favorite dress at first... but its been through the wash 2x now, on gentle cycle each time... and the elastic is completely stretched now. So now instead of fitting neatly below my bust and giving me a cute figure, it hangs like a potato sack. Ive worn it TWICE. thats not okay.

I ordered this dress in an XL since Im usually a 14/16. The fit was GREAT. It wasnt too tight or too loose. The pockets were a PLUS. It is not cheaply made or poorly constructed at all. Its perfect, comfortable, and made of thick cotton. Looks exactly like the picture. I would recommend purchasing this dress. You will not be disappointed.
