I am 56" 145 lbs and I got the destructive blue denim in the 12a. I got them so I could fake wearing jeans without it being so tight and uncomfortable. Not a chance. The waist was too high (at my bra line) and too tight and I am a 31 inch waist. The pant leg is where the biggest problem lies because it actually flattens your butt, squares your hips, makes your legs look so fat, and aged me 30 years. I thought I would love the looseness for the comfort, but the loose cut on a jean is just awful. It doesnt look as tapered as it appears in the picture. The upper thigh area actually balloons out on the sides a lot more. I also bought the black pant in the same size and it looks amazing, except for the high waist, which no one will see. It just may be the difference in the fabric. I will have to dig out my sewing machine to redesign the waist and leg to get the exact shape I want.

I really like these pants, they are not stretch denim which I like. The material is just right not to thin ( which I dont care for) like real jeans. I do not have skinny hips which makes them snug to pull up, but that is a good thing, because they stay up and I dont have to pull them up again and again when I sit and stand or they just slip down as you walk. Have you ever bought a nice pair of jeans and think "wow" these fit great and then wear them and every time you sit down and stand up again you have to readjust your jeans before you walk away. Well these are not like that they fit, stay up and look nice.

If they hold up after washing and remain a true fit, they will stay 5 star. They are just what I wanted.

The fit is good, they look fine, and they seem well-made, but I didnt find them particularly comfortable. I think theyre a good value and if you prefer non-stretch jeans these might be perfect - I generally get styles with a bit of stretch in the fabric but I wanted to try this type. Ill definitely wear them, but they probably wont be my go-to jeans. Note: the picture really doesnt do them justice - they look a whole lot better in person.

When you dont want to wear your jeans. For many years, I used to buy the White Stag brand of these pants and then they were discontinued. Hopefully, these will hold up just as well. Washable, no iron easy care, wear all day without getting uncomfortable. Perfect for the job that I had that required lots of non-stop activity: walking, bending, stretching and dealing with occasional spills, clean-ups etc. All day wear & tear and just throw into the wash without worrying about the expense of ruining expensive jeans or dress pants. Paired with the right length shirt or top to hide the elastic waistband (which to some, scream old ladyish ) they are perfect dress casual. or for running everyday errands and wanting to look neat. I am very petite and found the fit to be A+ all day comfortable. Happy to have found these "remakes".
