I have been buying and wearing Lee Jeans for about 30 years now so I would say that I know the brand pretty well. The last 2 times that I have purchased Lee Jeans here they have had a very funky fit. The hip and upper thigh is tight while the waistline is enormous. I am a curvy woman - my waist is smaller than my hips and so I dont wear mens jeans because of the straight hip to waist cut, the waistline just bags on me while the hip is snug. These jeans fit like that. Lee has NEVER cut womens jeans the same way as mens, thats why I have worn them all these years. I am highly suspicious of brand look-alike here. I think that the jeans that I got were not actually made by Lee. They dont look like Lee, they dont fit like Lee, and so I have returned them. I guess I wont be buying Lee Jeans here if I cant be sure of what I am getting. This is the second time that Ive had this happen buying Lee Jeans from Amazon. Interestingly enough I have purchased Lee Jeans that fit just right (as expected) from Amazon as well, and recently too.

Meh, these are not at all the same as they used to be. I shouldve listened to the other reviews. They are too big around the waist, and as I wear them the waist stretches more and more, and after a few hours, they are way too big on me. If I was wearing these to work or on a date, Id be miserable. The only reason Im not returning them, is Im in desperate need of a pair of jeans. They fit me in the hips, but not in the waist. Thats nothing new, but for them to keep stretching out as the day/night goes on, is NOT good. They also attract A LOT of lint or pet hair! So be warned.....if you are just going to a restaurant youre probably fine. If you are going somewhere, where there are pets, or they let their pets on the furniture......forget it!! OR bring a pet lint roller with you, cause you are going to need it....guaranteed! I purchased the black, and I have a white dog. My other jeans do not attract pet hair at all, so its never been an issue regardless of the color of jeans. These have spandex in them, so they attract it like the plague. My last pair had spandex as well, but only 1%. Who knew that one more percent was going to ruin these jeans so badly. Not bad to have the extra bit of stretchiness in the legs, and hips, but it is a nightmare to have in the waist. I actually shouldve purchased another size down because of this. These are also too long in the legs. The last 2-3 inches fit right under my feet if I am wearing flip flops. Inevitably, I end up walking directly on the jeans inside of my flip flops! Annoying! I am 53", and my other Lee Original jeans are a 15R or 16R ....its faded so its hard to read, and they fit me perfectly. I just wish I could buy them again, but I cant find them anywhere. I am 35" in the waist, and 45" in the hips. If this is your measurements, go down one size. They might be a tad tighter in the hips, but they stretch, and they will fit a lot better in the waist. HOWEVER, I still dont recommend them as the whole lint thing is extremely annoying! Edited to update 1/31/16: I HATE THESE JEANS! The whole attracting pet hair has made these just literally impossible to wear. I cant touch my dog, he cant get near me, or they get his hair all over me. These are a magnet for pet hair. I had no idea how much I had on me, til my brother started laughing uncontrollably, and finally got it out that I had more hair on my rear, than our dog has!!! AWFUL! I wish I had returned them, because I cant wear them anywhere. :( *These jeans were a regular purchase, not promotional. They might have been on sale at the time. I paid $26.35 plus tax.

I purchased these because I have an identical pair that are probably four years old and are starting to look faded. I still love my current pair, but thought it would be nice to have a newer pair. I did order the next size up, because, well....Age has redistributed my figure a little. BUT....The next size up was all around too snug. They are a relaxed jean, but you wouldnt know it. They didnt seem to be the same cut/style as my older pair. I have to wonder if Lee has another company making them than previously. Just not the same....

Ive bought many pairs of these jeans because they were comfortable, fit well, and looked good. Lee has updated this style and made them unwearable - I cant go out in public with them on. Theyve changed the fabric to a really clingy stretch fabric (still looks and mostly feels like denim) and slimmed the legs so that they are constantly touching your skin all down the leg. I dont mind the stretch, and I could get used to the cling, except the clinging-ness makes ripples or folds of fabric on the leg, which looks *awful*. And since they cling, there is nothing you can do about the ripples. I had to send them back - there is no way I could wear them where others could see me, and I need new jeans for work. Now where am I going to find jeans to fit?

Great fit! I am a size US16 and the Jeans have enough stretch to fit my heavier bottom and thighs. Im 58 30inch inseam and the length hits right on the top of my sneakers. My first pair I ordered a size 18, because you never know how pants will fit, but after losing about 10lbs I needed to go down a size. The pants are high rise, hitting me right at my belly button, which I love because Im 40 with 2 kids and have a little muffin top and I dont want to show that off. Hope this helps.
