I took my measurements and ordered these jeans one day, got them in the mail two days later (on a Sunday) thanks to Amazon prime. I took the jeans out of the plastic packaging, prayed that I was still a 29 after all that time, and put them on. Its been 37 years and I am never taking them off. Ladies, you know that problem you encounter when you have a moderate to large ass, and jeans that will accommodate said ass are too big for your waist and/or too small for your thighs? Trust me, you wont be walking around pulling these babies up. Their advanced stretch material makes them a gift from the hands of the gods themselves, they will lift your butt and hug your waist perfectly while keeping you comfortable. Cute and versatile; you can wear them to work , or a night out, or just to hang around the house hoping nobody will call you and eating out of boredom because you want to hang out, but at the same time you hate people. so youre just chilling and watching the office again except this time youre looking at your butt every time you go grab another donut and tell yourself its only the second one. I would love to own a pair in (almost) every color but I dont make that kind of money, ok? So you should buy yourself a pair, or if youre some rich person you can get yourself 87 pairs and just... Roll in them. I dont know, thats probably what I would do because they are so soft and I love them so much. Buy these jeans, you wont regret It.

Im typically a size 27 but ordered a 28 after looking at the size chart. I suspect this may alleviate problems some reviewers are having as every manufacturer is different. Im average height, 123lbs with a 27" waist and 37" hips and the size 28 is almost perfect. Despite the oddity of sizing up to a 28, they still ended up being slightly tight in the waist. Minimal muffin top, nothing Id return them over but would prefer a bit of loose-fitting shirt to wear with it to look more flattering. I wouldve considered possibly sizing up for a future purchase but then the knee area is loose. So I guess Levis thinks we all have tiny waists and fat legs, I dont know. The baggy bit fixes itself if I pull the pant leg down more but inevitably you squat and theyve bunched up again. Overall I still think its a worthy purchase and plan to buy them in another wash as they still mostly look good. I love the mid-roast color and the material feels perfect - so many "jeans" feel like gross spandex hybrids these days. These feel as they should - like *jeans* but with a bit of give. I also loved the length, Im not fond of the high water trend going on right now nor are these too long.

i love these! and need them in more colors! im 52 about 130lbs and i got the 28x30 and they fit like a glove and dont sag in the ass like some pants can do after a long day, lol. after stumbling upon a random pair in this style at a thrift store i knew i had to buy more in another wash!

For reference, Im 411" with an extremely short torso, and I bought a 26/28. The color is different than pictured, but I dont mind. What I do mind is the fit. Its great around my waist (comes to just below my belly button) and thighs--even looks good from behind--but its baggy and ill-fitted around my knees and, to a lesser extent, my calves. The length was the shortest available and I almost regret getting it. I think maybe getting a longer length that I could roll up more would have been more flattering. I dont doubt the authenticity of the pair I recieved. Theyre almost identical in appearance to the dark blue pair (canal) that I bought in store (side by side in last picture for reference), however, the dark blue pair fits better. I also bought these in black from this same listing and they also fit a bit better than this pair. Its not unusual; Ive encountered this issue with jeans before, regarding fit and color, but its usually with cheaper clothes. I guess I just expected more from Levis.

I bought a pair of 28W30L 535s years ago that were my favorite pair of jeans ever and I wore them to bits. I thought replacing them would be easy, but it has not been. I ordered two pair and they fit much smaller than my originals. Im hoping they stretch out a bit with wear. Heres the thing about the sizing- the waistband does measure accurately, however the rise is only 8.5". So while my actual waist is 24", my low waist at 8.5" rise is around 32". They do stretch, but I dont enjoy too much of a squish with my jeans, and wish I had ordered up even more sizes. Also be warned that the ankles are tiny (9" circumference with minimal stretch)- I can barely get them on and will probably cut them for ease. These are the best jeans when you get the right fit, but figuring out what that is may be a challenge, especially if you have a small waist and full hips.
