I have never paid this much for a pair of jeans. Instead, I have paid $30 to $50 for NUMEROUS pairs that dont fit right. A constant battle for sure. No more!! These are awesome. I was concerned about the rise being too high. They are high but not overly so. Right to the waistline. Maybe just a tad below. Wish I had tried them a long time ago!! The tummy tuck feature is incredible. It works like you wont believe without being tight. Its hard to explain - they are tight but comfortable and look really good. Highly recommend you give them a try. I am 5 7 and the length is perfect. I ordered a size down as the NYDJ website suggested. Totally awesome. The war has been won!! Perfect fitting jeans.

I am very upset with these jeans. They fit perfect. They look great. BUT......the fabric in the pockets is totally rotten. I use my front pockets all the time. Both pockets are totally shredded within the first probably 3 or 4 times I wore them. Im not talking about the seams but the actual fabric ripped like paper. The pockets is what helps hold you in. It is a defective pair because I bought two pair at the same time from the same seller. The other pair is fine. I should have sent them back but I thought I could wear them anyway. Every time I put them on I get mad about it. So here I am leaving a review.

There is nothing that I dislike about these jeans... They are higher waisted than the usual jeans on the market, thus more flattering to all figures... They fit like a glove yet are so moveable that I feel as if Im wearing perfectly fitting exercise leggings without LOOKING too tight... They feel so incredible on as well as the softness of the fabric feeling awesome both inside and out... Ive never loved any pants more than the several variations of NYDJ pants... Do NOT go up a size because they have so much give that whatever size you normally wear IS the right size... if they are loose fitting, theyll look baggy and theres no need for it because they honestly DO give so much when bending knees, etc. that it just isnt necessary to get em slightly bigger for better movement... I just want to run & skip when wearing them! They are somewhat warmer than the usual jean material, but not as warm as the other varieties of their product... I have the shorts too... and they are very similar in feel, but naturally cooler to wear... and they look GREAT! They tend to be quite long but so what? Hem them or fold em up... One caution, DO wash in cool water and if you choose to put them in the dryer, do so for only long enough to smooth out wrinkles & to begin the drying process... Fully drying in the dryer seems to remove that silky satiny feel of the fabric on the outside, but it changes nothing about the wonderful freedom to move built in to them...

really like NYJD, and a bit pricey or pricy for me usually. This was a terrific clearance price. The design is flattering like Gloria Vanderbilts over the year designed for a normal curvy shape Im normally a size 12 for most of my life, but at 55 getting more challenging fitting into the 12. So, Ive moved up to the 14. A 14 is just a little loose, require me to use a belt. But so comfortable, the material is so soft. And a good fit otherwise.

I love NYDJ! Im 61 and have worn jeans my whole life, but over the years my waist has thickened a bit, and Im a size 14, so traditional jeans werent as comfortable or as good looking as they once were. Everything about NYDJ is perfect, especially the length. The leggings are awesome, and they are now the only jeans I buy. They are well worth the money for the fit and comfort they provide, but when you factor in the way they flatter you, they are an absolute must for every woman who has a curvy body. Youll look and feel amazing!
