I wanted to write a review of these jeans because I saw several poor reviews and almost didnt buy them. They are relaxed fit so they arent skin tight. They fit well around my hips and waist, a bit loose in the legs but that is what I expected in straight legged jeans. I am very happy with the fit. They are very comfortable and fit perfectly. I think they are a great buy for the price.

These are the best jeans ever for women who have a small waist and curvy hips and thighs. I love them.

I normally wear Lee Relaxed Fit, but cant find them anymore. My jeans are ~3 years old, and unfortunately I"ve gained 10 pounds and they fit very snug so I had to buy new jeans. I was worried about the bad reviews for these Riders by Lee Indigo, but purchased three pairs out of desperation. because the reviews indicate that the Riders by Lee Indigo run small, I ordered one size larger than my current too-snug Relaxed Fit jeans. The Lee Indigo actually fit a bit loose, so now Im suspecting the Lee Indigo probably run quite similar in size to the Lee Relaxed Fit. They are a little longer than the Relaxed Fit, but Im OK with that. Im VERY happy with the Lee Indigo, quality of jeans material and fit. Especially since I was hesitant because of the bad reviews. I will definitely be buying more of these.

Finally, jeans that fit. Lately, Lee Rider jeans have undergone changes leaving many ladies without the jeans they so loved. I have worn my old jeans to the point where they are indecent because I could not find replacement jeans that fit comfortably. Low cut, ultra slim jeans seem to be the only thing out there. I purchased a pair of Indigos in hopes that maybe they will fit properly. Shock! They fit and are very comfortable. However, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that petite length is too long. I shortened the jeans, not my favorite chore, but that solved the dragging hem problem. I have since then purchased a second pair as I must wear black pants at work. Once again, it was necessary to shorten the length. I am 52" in height to give you an idea of how long the petite length was. The inseam measures 29-1/2 to 30 inches, not exact from pair to pair.

While these jeans are very good quality, the weight of denim is just right and the color is perfect for what I like, I am disappointed that I had to go up a size and order twice to get the two pairs that I kept, and they are still a little tighter than I expected them to be and that I like to wear. I have been wearing Riders by Lee for years, and they are the only brand that I have consistently been able to buy that fit as I like. The last couple of times I have been disappointed with their inconsistent sizing. I still have some Riders that I am wearing that fit fine, but are getting too worn looking to wear to work on Jeans Friday but when I ordered that size and style again they didnt fit by a LONG way. Disappointment!! Sooo, long story short I went up a size and went to a relaxed fit only to get some jeans that still arent just right. Theyre only close enough to keep but not perfect as they have been in the past.
