These jeans are not bad, thats why I gave them 4 stars. HOWEVER, they are NOT the ones I have spent a year searching for. In early 2018 I bought 2 pairs of jeans from Walmart, Levis Signature "Modern Straight" (the obviously older pair in the photos, on the bottom or the right). I LOVE them, they are the best ever, theyre super soft but mostly retain their shape, they fit great (for reference I wear a 16 in almost everything, never an 18, Im 59" and 200 lbs) and (lo and behold) they come in a tall and theyre actually long enough. Cue my lifes quest to find more of these blasted things. I have bought about 10 pairs of jeans thinking they were the same, and it turns out theyre just a LIIIIITTLE bit different. I was really excited about these because they even said "modern straight", which most of the others are "modern slim" or "straight" only or whatever. But nope, no dice. Both of these are much tighter than my original two pairs, and you can see in the photos how different the size is. Now of course the older ones have been worn a lot but like I said they keep their shape, and they fit almost exactly the same when I first bought them. So maybe a 1/2" of difference max can be accounted for by age, the rest is just a difference in manufacturing. They werent super tight on me, but enough to give a slight muffin top which is, of course, what we all like to avoid. These new ones are also not near as soft and stretchy as the originals. Theyre fairly stretchy, yes, but just...normal stretchy for these type of jeans. The only thing I can figure is the "GOLD" part of the brand. I guess when you get "premium" denim it doesnt have as much give to it, I dont know but either way I am Le Sad. I guess I will keep trying Walmarts around the world to see if I can ever replicate my favorite pairs of jeans...before they fully disintegrate from use...

I got these pants along with a "curvy" pair of Levis, and both are amazing! Ive got a pear-shaped body, so I have the hardest time finding jeans that fit correctly, look nice, and are comfortable. Shopping is always a nightmare for me, and having ripped two pairs of jeans recently I was dreading going out to find replacements. I took a chance and looked online first, and found these lovely jeans. I was scared to buy jeans online knowing how hard it is for me to get them in person, but I knew my measurements, matched them with the chart, and went for it. I am 53", 145lbs, waist is 28 inches, hips are 40 inches, and I bought a size 6. Though I can tell this pair of jeans is made for someone of slightly straighter proportions, it still fit well and I was pleasantly surprised. They are lightweight and stretchy, making them easy to pull on and breathable on these hot summer days. I can move well in them, and there is no gapping around my waist. I probably could have also sprung for a size 8 for a bit of a roomier fit, so size up if thats what you like or if youve got wide hips like me - or go get the Levis curvy fit jeans, which I found is a bit more accommodating for my pear shape. Overall, a great pair of jeans, and for only $20 I will definitely be buying again.

Perfect! Super stretchy, and comfy, but still look like jeans and hold their shape. They seem to wash well also. They are what Id consider a lightweight jean. If you are looking for skin tight, hold-you-in-type kinda jeans, these arent them. If you are looking for a body skimming, comfortable, a bit forgiving and flattering fit, here it is. Ive bought 4 pairs now, one is a skinny jean...Im 54" and Ive bought both Short and Med lengths for different shoe types.

I have numerous pairs (7) of this style of jeans. The color I ordered was nothing close to what arrived. The ones I received were more of a midnight color with a lot of washout on the thighs. I hate the two pair of these I already have and was very disappointed to receive these. The color in the picture was what I wanted and did not get, not even close. The seller never commented about the problem when I indicated I wanted to return them. Makes me wonder if the seller knew the color was not accurage but hoped I would keep them. I know there may be some variation in color but not to the point of what it was in this case. There were other colors available and there were two that looked like the ones I have that I dont like. I ordered two pair and had to pay postage to return them plus the postage to get them in the first place. I received a $75.00 refund for the two pair. So, in the end I am out about $25 and have no jeans. I wish I would have taken a photo but I didnt, sorry.
