I purchased these jeans because my FAVORITE jeans have developed some holes in some unfortunate places and I need to replace them. I am tall and need to have at least a 35 inch inseam in order for the jeans to fit and not look too silly, but I still prefer a longer inseam, if I can find it. I have been on a spending spree trying to find a new favorite pair(s) of jeans. I finally came across these....great price....available in "long" (and real long lengths, not those ridiculous 33" long length sizes). I received them today and was so excited....I finally found some jeans that are long enough (barely...but enough), with a descent fit. They were just a tad too big, so I came on looking for a smaller size.....which is where we get to the reason for my 3 star rating. They dont carry "long" sizes under a size 10. Hello, smaller girls have long legs, too. There you have it. If you start to carry longs in the smaller sizes, I will definitely add those 2 last stars back in.

I personally didnt like the fit around the stomach area, they are supposed to have slimming panels, but there was nothing slimming about them. I have another brand at home, which is much better, but also a lot more expensive. I thought Ill give those a try, but I wasnt happy. The fabric is also very thin, so I wonder how long they would last overall? The price is fantastic and I think if you generally are smaller pant size, they could work and are very stretchy and comfortable. (but stretchy doesnt do anything for larger sizes)

I love these jeans! Will be buying more.They are so comfortable,the length is perfect. They are a bit large though i may be a bit smaller than i thought..who knows.I will be buying more because I have never been so comfortable in jeans before. Edited: These have not held up well at all.The zipper refuses to stay up and the stretch part has stayed stretched...so i always have baggy knees. Ive had them less than 2 months and they look about 10 years old.

These have got to be the worst Levis jeans i have ever owned. I find the label hard to believe on the cotton content. The material feels like plastic. The waist wont stay in place at all. I have a pair of 529 curvy levis i bought many years ago and they always stay up and the material is much much nicer. The pockets on these "Signature by Levi Strauss & Co. Gold Label Womens Totally Shaping Bootcut Jean" are not even cotton. They are a stretchy polyester i think. They are not deep pockets, pretty useless. The leg is supposed to be bootcut but they are a bell-bottom. I ordered a short size and they are both marked as such but they are different lengths. For the price of a pair of levis I would never order these again. I wouldnt even buy them if they were on sale at the dollar store.

These jeans are so comfortable theyre like wearing pajamas! Unfortunately, as other reviewers have noted, they are very light material. I doubt theyre going to last for years. I wore them before washing, which I very rarely do and they fit like a glove. Unlike other jeans by Levis that Ive purchased in the past year, they didnt slide down when I bent over. I havent worn them since Ive washed them so well see how they stay up after washing. UPDATE: I continued to love these pants so I bought another pair. Confident in the fit, I washed them before I wore them and discovered that they are slightly smaller than the previous pair I bought in the exact same size. Now Im stuck with a pair of pants that fit tighter than I prefer. Guess its time to lose a few pounds!
