Love this. Long Velcro strip to adjust sizing. Pocket is smaller than I thought. See photos. The white card next to pocket is a standard size business card. Quarter next to Velcro strip.

I LOVE this! Bought specifically for a vacation at the Gulf but have been looking for something like this for a long time. SO practical, and it looks cute, not frumpy. Gave it its first trial at the beach for a couple hours this morning and couldnt be happier with its performance in and out of the water. This thing has just got a combination of all the perfect features for a versatile cover-up/swim skirt or just general beachy thing. :) I will probably buy another one. I do find that regardless of whether youre just riding in the car or actually swimming in it, its going to rotate freely around your body so the velcro closure ends up anywhere on the front or back of your waist--but I dont think I care. My impression is that the outline is pretty sleek and smooth no matter where the closure is sitting. Maybe if youre wearing it over bare skin it wont rotate around because bare skin gives more "traction" than a one-piece swimsuit. Im wearing it over a one-piece and it seems to be too slippery for the skirt to get a grip & sit still in one spot. IF your waist measurement is smaller than 27" or 28", buy x-small. I bought small and I have to wear it on the very tightest setting the velcro will allow, which is more resting on my hips (not snug around my waist). I almost wish Id bought x-small. I am 53", 27"-28" waist, 38.5" hips.

Perfection. Every spring I go on an active vacation with my family and wear a bathing suit and rashguard top for the day. How to go to lunch without changing? This brilliant skirt. It just wraps around my middle over my swimsuit. I can wear it up on my waist, or down on my hips. Its modest enough that I dont feel like Im in a tennis skirt. For reference, Im an athletic 55" 125 lbs with a 27" waist and 37" hips. The "small" fits me with plenty of room to spare - I could gain 5 lbs and it would still fit. The velcro closure is forgiving. The fabric is the type youd expect from travel pants - it doesnt drape like a cotton/lycra knit. I find this a plus, as I can sit on wooden benches and rocks without snagging. Hope this helps. I think Im going to like this skirt very much, but man I wish there was a real pocket on it somewhere and not just the tiny one at the waistband. If it had a pocket large enough for a credit card/few dollars, it would be perfect! Great fabric, can shove it in a bag and be good to go. I got length 2 even though Im only 54" because I like having a little coverage and I like wearing things at my waist, and Im glad I did. When at my waist, it falls just above my knees with a little swing from the pleat in the back.

I have been wanting a hiking skirt that was long enough to not be too revealing yet comfortable and stylish. This is it! I just wore this on a 45 mike backpacking trip. Loved how easy it was to remove and put on. Plus it dried quickly after a few trips in the water. I will be buying another one come next summer (or if there is a sale soon)
