The skirt is very layered and looks cute but smells like rotten fish. I was in the car with my sisters when I opened the package and we all had to roll down our windows because it was like dead rotten fish was left in that bag or something. I tried spraying it and nothing. The skirt has the blue layer on top and the pink on the bottom so you don’t really get to see the pretty colors unless you flip the skirt upside down and cut the tag. I wanted it for a color run but it’s a bit too poofy for that occasion. You need to wear shorts underneath it as it does go up in the back.
