I was very scared that it would not fit but it did and I wear a size 18 in women pants. It was not tight it fit fine and was comfy. I bought it to wear for my birthday to a comicon and everyone thought it was cute

This is exactly what we wanted. It looks adorable, was comfortable and fit both of us who are 2 different sizes. It would have fit someone much smaller or larger than either of us. Very happy with my purchase.
I wore this tutu while running a half marathon and it worked perfect! It did not ride up at all and was very comfortable. I think that the thicker elastic band makes a big difference. Ive ordered 2 different colors for different races and both fit great!
