I am extremely happy with this underskirt. It is made very well and fits well. I am a size 8 and it fits great but my larger friends tried it on and it fit them well too. I would say they wear 16 to 18 but this might fit a size 20. The great thing about Amazon is you can always return for a no hassel exchange or return. It arrived in the specified time wrapped well. It has three layers of tulle of good quality. The length is 14 inches. It’s as pictured.

A little more see-through than I expected, but a great tutu! Its longer than most tutus Ive been able to find and the waistband is very stretchy. Definitely suitable for a range of sizes.

I used this for something other than what it is intended, but worked perfectly. We purchased a centerpiece for a baby shower, when assembled was difficult to transport. I put it on an 18" cake plate and a portion of the plate was exposed. This worked perfectly on the cake plate with the centerpiece holding it down. There is about 3" of tulle around the plate, looks perfect on the raspberry table cloth, and so fitting for a baby shower for a little girl. Down the road our granddaughter can use this for a costume.

The tutu is basically a "one size fits all" so it was definitely too big for my size 2 granddaughter but it was easily altered to fit. I was a tad bit disappointed at how thin it was...I thought it meant 3 layers of fabric and maybe it is but it is very thin tuille. The price was good and it does work for the 80"s look she was going for. We added another layer underneath and it worked perfect. I would purchase it again if needed.

The seam around the wait has a small section where its come unstitched. Other than that, it was exactly as pictured online. The length is perfect for me (Im 57) and the waist is elastic so it will likely fit most people well in that regard. There were no tears in the tulle material it was made with. Overall happy with my purchase, considering the party supply store was charging $20 for the exact same tutu...
