URBAN K Womens Basic Foldable High Waist Regular and Plus Size Maxi Skirts

I purchased two different brands, same style to review and compare. They both arrived same day thats a plus but here is where they differ. MsBasic is not made of good quality. I tried to wash it and it stretched. The color also washed out with the first wash. I followed the size chart and according to the chart I was a size Large. When it arrived it was like 2 sizes bigger than me but I still tried to rock it. The legnth was a bit short on me it was above my ankle, not as on the model. After a few times in the washer it wasnt the same. I dont recommend buying from them. Okay here is my opinion on Urban K maxi skirt. The color never washed out and the fabric never over stretched. Its comfortable to wear all day long. The length was perfect I am 58 and it was down to my toes it isnt see through at all very high quality. I will be punching more maxi skirts from Urban K

Much better quality than expected for just $9.99 with shipping included and no tax. The length is perfect. Im 5 5" tall and the bottom hem of the skirt just skims over the top of my feet covering my ankles completely. I love the option of folding the top of the skirt down as you would with some yoga pants so for those out there with a nice toned stomach youll look great pairing the skirt with a shorter top. For those of us that no longer feel comfortable showing their mid section you can simply unfold the top and pull up the unfolded/fitted portion just underneath your bra line so it acts kinda like a shaper so that when your top lays over the skirt youll never know theres extra material under there. And of course if you plan on wearing higher heels or wedges and need the extra length unfolding the the top will help you out there too. Just keep on mind that if your body isnt as toned and in shape as it once was youll want to wear a shaper or shaper shorts underneath to smooth out any lumps or bumps around your bum and thighs. The material isnt super thick but thats a good thing because itll keep you nice and cool during those warmer months. I chose black and its just thick enough to avoid being able to see through the fabric. Finally, the closest deal that I found elsewhere for a skirth with similar quality was $15.99 plus tax and shipping. You cant go wrong with this deal.

This skirt is an excellent value, especially considering the price. The fabric is much nicer than I expected -- softer and a heavier weight. Im 54" and 124 lbs. I ordered a medium because I dont like my clothes to feel tight, but I probably could have ordered a small.

Im 59 and was really nervous this wouldnt be long enough, but its perfect. If I dont fold the top, it goes exactly from my natural waist to the top of my feet without dragging. It gives a smooth silhouette under tops because of this. So basically, now Im gonna have to go and buy a second one.
