Size? there is a clear choice for large or small when ordering, in case anyone missed it. If your waist is bigger than 30", get the larger size, it fit me perfectly. Slimming? No. But nothing with a gathered waist is going to slim you because the gather adds about an inch overall. Fabric? It clings, looks like 100% polyester. Not too cheap looking, considering the low price, and if it were thinner, it would tear. For this type of skirt and fabric, this is as good as is possible to get. To get the effect and drape of silk chiffon, spend the $1000+ and buy real silk chiffon. Well sewn- not flawless, but good job! Not cheaply made. Value? Terrific. This is a $15 skirt. I bought it to lounge around the house in, and for that, its perfect. It does cling a bit around the legs, thats the nature of this type of fabric, and unless you get real silk, any skirt will do that. Does it look expensive? No. Does it look cheap? No. It is a GREAT value for $15, theres yards of fabric here, and looks like the photos. I got the Navy, its a very dark, nearly black Navy, and thats exactly what I wanted. Throw a T-shirt over it (untucked), and you are dressed:). Im happy:).

Material is great quality. The waistband is very stretchy. Well made. Easy to wash. I wash it in my washing machine and just hang dry. My only issue is that is is very long. I ordered the L and i am 5’7” and in flats i had to hike the waistline up to just under my bra (which made my shirt look unflattering and bulky) and it still brushes the ground and I was always stepping on it. Be very careful when you read measurements. Other than that it was great and the other bridesmaids loved the skirt.

This is a really nice skirt for the price. I bought it for choir bc i needed a floor length black skirt, and it definitely did not disappoint. my only (very small) complaint is that it doesnt touch the floor when i wear it at my waist, it mostly hovers around my ankles. Im 56 and 145ish lbs and i got the small like people recommended me, and it fits great in the waist but is just a little too short. ill keep it anyways though.

Great fit! Exactly what I wanted. I am 5’8” and it’s long enough for me to wear heels with it if i chose to. Stretchy waist band. Would be great to wear formal or casual. I wanted it to be extra long for my maternity pictures and that’s what I got! Great purchase.

I got the small size in pink. I usually wear a small, so I found it true to size. The length hit me just above my ankles (Im 56"). For the price, the fabric feels very nice. It does not look or feel like its less than $20. I think thats very nice because you can dress it up or down while not having to worry too much about taking good care of the skirt. I took away a star because in this color it is pretty sheer. It does have some kind of lining underneath (2 short ones as the other reviewers mention) but they are still insufficient. If I tuck in a shirt you can see the color right through, as well as the panties. I had to buy a separate liner to wear underneath, which was a bit inconvenient.
