I got this in a small, in the "denim blue" (which is really more of a cornflower blue--very pretty actually). I am 55", about 114 lbs, and the small fit perfectly, even the waistband (I have kind of a straightish figure, not much hip/butt). The wide waistband is very comfortable and not overly large like you get on cheap maxi skirts (where you HAVE to fold them over and wear as a hip skirt.) It is stretchy so could accommodate more curves. Nice medium-weight, silky-feeling fabric, but you would have to wear special (or no) underwear if you were going to wear it w/o something covering your behind as it clings a bit (but not as bad as other things Ive worn). Not a problem as I plan to layer it with other garments. If you got one of the patterned ones I dont think the clinging would be a problem. It hits me just below the knee, more or less as pictured. I think I might get one of the patterned ones, too.

I bought this skirt for work because I needed something loose and professional. As far as the fit goes, this is a good skirt. Im a size 14 in pants with an hour glass figure (i.e. big butt and thighs). The skirt looks nice, doesnt cling to my backside and is just below my knee (Im 510). Now, to the bad part. I bought this skirt because the picture looks like it is a solid grey skirt with specks of white. Typical charcoal grey that you would expect. Its not. It has tiny grey and white lines. So I was going to wear this with a patterned white/black/and grey shirt, but now I cant because the outfit would have two clashing patterns. Very disappointing. Having said that, I bought the same skirt but in light blue, and it is a solid light blue. I wish the Charcoal one was solid as well.

Just okay. Don’t love it, don’t hate it. The khaki skirt has an odd almost heathered appearance to the fabric; this makes it somewhat see through and gives a more casual appearance overall. The fit is a little bigger than I would expect but I can tell sizing down would be too form fitting. The low price is good and probably right for the quality. I like it well enough that I’m keeping the skirt to wear with more casual tops than I originally planned. I’ll keep looking for one of higher quality.

I was very pleased with this skirt. The teal color is absolutely striking (see photo). The fit was perfect. I am 36"-38" around hips and i pyrchased a size medium.

The fabric is soft and flexible (a must for a pencil skirt, IMO) and the color (I got mustard) was exactly as depicted. Couple of things to be aware of: 1. These skirts run long! Yes, I’m only 5’2”, but this skirt is the longest of all other brands of pencil skirts I’ve bought. Set your expectations accordingly and it’s not a big deal. 2. The sizing ran big. I didn’t see this too much in the reviews I read before purchasing, but I bought a small hoping it wouldn’t be too tight and it was actually looser than I prefer. So beware of that. If you’ve got a pear shape figure you can probably buy your normal size. I have more of a straight figure and would have ordered a size down had I known what I know now. Overall, 5 stars! I highly recommend!!
