I am usually wear a small/medium and the medium fits. If you are on the larger side of medium, go for the large size. I like both the material and the cut. It is longer in the back than some shrugs or boleros and has a bit of styling that makes it a little more fitted. The material feels nice. I think it is some kind of spandex blend, but not like a bathing suit or yoga pants. I bought this to go over a sleeveless sundress and it is the right thing for the job.

I ordered the black bolero jacket for the dress to wear to the wedding. When I took it out of the package I immediately knew it was going to be too small. And surely enough, when I tried it on it was way too small even though according to the chart it should have fit me. I had to send it back.

I’m a little disappointed. It doesn’t sit as nice as I had hoped. Maybe I should have sized up? The color matches the photo but, it’s similar to a thick stocking material. It looks and feels like TED hose were turned into a cover up. I might return it if I can’t find a way to like it. I’m giving it two stars because the size and color is accurately advertised. Update: I lowered my rating! I wasn’t given the option to print my own return shipping label. If you read the reviews and try your luck, you may decide to send it back and that’s going to cost you. I have to package the product, take it to the UPS store and have them print the label, then pay packaging fees to ship it back.

52" - 195lbs Ordered the 2XL - Big Mistake! I have a 37 waist and I was worried that the XL might be too snug, but turns out there is a HUGE leap between XL and 2XL. Granted I didnt buy one of each and compare them side by side, but the size chart alone shows the big difference between the two. Obviously I returned it and then decided not to reorder it based on two personal prefferences. 1. The fabric is not my fav, I expected it to be softer but it was kinda starchy and stiff, possibly would have been better after a wash but I cant say. 2. Im short and my waist is higher than average. So even if this was a snug fit itd still be too long for the look I usually go for. Sucks for me but I bet this looks really nice on taller people. Overall decent product and I wouldnt rate it down for either of my nitpicks. However, for me it gets a 4 star for having such a leap in size between XL and 2XL. Six inches is a big difference and they probably could benefit from adding another size.

I have several In different colors. I subscribe to one of those dress rental subscriptions for my professional wardrobe but I can’t abide all the sleeveless dresses so I Keep these on hand for less formal days but modesty. Fabric is thick, lays nicely and looks great after repeated washing. Have been using these for a few months and still look new.
