After reading some of the negative reviews on the kimono I was so scared to order it but WOW I am so glad I did. This piece is absolutely gorgeous, flowing and fits a fat girl fabulously. I am a pumpkin shaped girl and this even overlapped on me, at 54" the length hit me mid-calf. I am a true American size 5x 34/36. So if you are an extra fabulously sized woman like me dont pass this one up. I cannot wait to wear this, its going to be a versatile addition to my wardrobe. UPDATE 01/23/2019... Added 3 more to my collection, they wash well and I just hang dry. LOVE LOVE LOVE these kimonos

So, after reading all of the reviews I thought that the majority of these would be oversized but unfortunately the style I ordered wasnt quite as oversized as I would have liked. Still really pretty though and Ill definitely be keeping it. Is perfect to dress up a casual outfit but will definitely be pairing with some tapered work pants and top for the office too. Its also a little bit more sheer in person but its not a huge deal. Im a size 8-12, pear shaped body and got an XL. Sleeves arent too tight and it goes down a little past my knee.

This came quickly and its beautiful. Not sure if I like the way it hangs on me though. Im 510 and Im thin, I feel like this makes me just look like Im wearing a tent though. I ordered a extra large and Im thinking a medium would have been a better choice. I normally wear a large/extra large in Juniors clothing and a medium/large in womens. The quality is great for the price and the print is beautiful for what its worth.

I bought the K9 in a size large. Im a size 8 and usually buy size medium. I bought large sizes for two diff styled Kimonos from the same seller. However, I suggest buying this particular Kimono in the same size you usually wear or a size smaller. Due to this particular style of Kimono, its going to be oversized no matter what. The fact that I bought a size larger than what I normally wear, made it look a bit too oversized. It falls off my shoulders pretty easily. I think its because its way too big for me. I probably wont wear this outside of the house because it would be too annoying to wear something thats falling off your shoulders every second. Anyhow, the white floral pattern is gorgeous! Its really pretty and the fabric makes it perfect for spring and summer wear. Its very breezy.
