I am 54", 150 lbs, with D cups and ordered a size medium. It fits great and comes to the middle of my thigh. Has a cotton like feel to it and is very stretchy. The ruffles at the top of the shoulder are annoying but cute when they behave. That is the only reason I took a star off.

I returned this product. The material is not good quality, very stiff & scratchy feeling. The colors are a really bright blue & white, not the muted ivory/blue like the ad.
