I am 54", 150 lbs, with D cups and ordered a size medium. It fits great and comes to the middle of my thigh. Has a cotton like feel to it and is very stretchy. The ruffles at the top of the shoulder are annoying but cute when they behave. That is the only reason I took a star off.
