This is my favorite style of Columbia shirt! I have it in white and clear blue, and cant wait to buy more. The colors are fantastic, and the fit is tailored nicely for females. The snap buttons make it a quick shirt to throw on, and super simple to roll or unroll the sleeves. The shirt itself is super thin and keeps you cool, while also providing excellent sun protection. I always wear one when kayaking, fishing, crabbing, etc. and never get sun burned. For size reference, I bought an XS and am 55" and 120 lbs. The XS isnt too snug, and allows me extra room to move my arms around comfortably. In the picture, Im wearing the XS white shirt. My friend is a couple inches taller and is wearing a S in cool blue. If you want a good looking, cool, sun protectant shirt, this is definitely worth a purchase.

True to size, very thin, not too hot (I live in nm and it was 98 with no wind yesterday). Great shirt will be buying more. I have a Large chest 38DD, and the XL does not have the dreaded button Gap

I ordered this shirt but ended up returning it for a few reasons. 1) There are no buttons, only white plastic snaps. To me this cheapens the look. I worry about the white plastic yellowing over time or the shirt popping open on me. 2) I ordered white because I thought it would look really fresh and cool. While I liked white, it was extremely sheer in the parts not lined with mesh. The lower back especially would show any tattoo, mole, bandaid etc. I think if you wore it really roomy, that would be okay but I was looking for a more fitted look.

Was lost in the woods for 12 hours in this shirt. Had to slide down a mountain in it. The evidence of my slide has not completely washed out of the back, only negative. I started out with it snapped up, sleeves down and ended up with it unsnapped, sleeves up. After hiking for 12 hours in it with few stops I had no chaffed areas. If fits close like a hiking shirt should. Im a bit hippy so things from North Face in a 12 were too slim. The woman in the store told me I needed to look at Columbia so I came home and looked on Amazon. I leave the bottom snap unsnapped just because I dont like things too snug. Im going to hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon in a few days and I will not take another shirt. Ill rinse this one out that night and wear it back out the next day. It dries quickly and I washed it in the washing machine and dried it on a hanger. The stain on the back is proof that I can survive in the deep woods. I will be 69 on June 3rd.

I have some Columbia Bahama button up shirts & wear a medium in those (Im 5;7" 165 lbs), which may run slightly large, but in this shirt I get a large and it fits perfectly, very flattering fit and I still have some room to move. Love the yellow color, bright and vibrant, but if you dont like flashy colors youll feel like youre wearing a banana Laffy Taffy wrapper. I am a biological technician doing field work. Between the Tamiami and the Bahama, the Tamiama is more lightweight, which is nice if its hot out, but snags more easily and therefore doesnt hold up well if youre doing daily field work in shrubby areas.
