I like the size, small enough to carry for an afternoon of shopping with no shoulder discomfort but big enough for cell, comb, lipstick, purse pack of tissues, money. Love the multiple compartments with secure zippers, a must-have in my books. I got the gray and l like the color, too. The one thing I do NOT like is the "baggy" inner lining! Its too big and only tacked down on the outer perimeter, so it pulls up, its in the way, is easily caught in the zippers, makes it hard to dig and see to the bottom of the purse. Its baggy, sloppy, ugly and stupid! WHY put that ill-fitting lining in an otherwise really nice purse?? It bugs me bad enough to dock two stars, making what wouldve been a 5 star purse a 3 star baggy-undy bummer
