Got this as a Christmas gift. Both zippers broke after a week. The thin material inside the purse got stuck inside both zippers so I could not unzip the purse & had to cut it open to get my stuff out. After I left this review, the seller contacted me immediately & sent me a new purse, free of charge. Since I absolutely love this purse because of its perfect size, multiple pockets, holds my iPhone Plus, and the inside slots for credit cards, I purchased some "Gear Aid Tenacious Tape Repair Tape for Fabric and Vinyl, 3” x 20”" and stuck it along the zipper line so the thin fabric will not be able to get stuck in the zippers. I also purchased some zipper lubricant which helps tremendously. I hope this purse will last a long time now.

I feel like most of the reviews are from buyers who either just received this purse or hadnt had it long. its material is not durable. the snap ripped off within a few months of having the purse. disappointed..

Ive included a lot of pictures to show just how great this little bag is. The outside pocket is perfect for collecting those pesky expense receipts. I have a case on my Galaxy S7 and could not easily fit it in that pocket, I use the outside pocket on the front. The zippers, 2 exterior and 1 interior are sturdy and well made. No need to rely on the snap closure to keep everything in the bag, the zipper safely closes all the interior pockets. Inside I stuffed a small wallet, 2 lipsticks, lip balm, mini Altoids, hand lotion, tissues & and an emery board. Zipped closed its about 1.5 inches wide. The strap has sturdy clips, is easy to adjust and plenty long enough. Its small enough to fit in the front pocket of my work backpack. No more last minute re-arranging to "consolidate to 2 bags". One last thing, the bag it came in is very sturdy so Im re-purposing it to hold my make-up!

She used it for the first and only time yesterday and the zipper came right off the leather. This made the item unusable. Beautiful bag but very disappointed.

This bag is the perfect size and the right number of pockets. The material is very soft and classy. However, as mentioned in many reviews the hardware is not quality. I inspected the bag when it arrived and was very happy. Later that afternoon I went to show it to my husband, and I zipped it closed (3rd zip since it arrived) and the zipper split open. This is not terribly uncommon for weaker zippers so I went to unzip and rezip to fix it and it simply did not even connect the zipper teeth, and was clearly not going to any time soon. I have returned this bag. A real bummer because it really was a nice bag otherwise. Update: The seller contacted me and replaced the purse. The zipper is much better quality and I love it!
