I ordered a black and grey bag for my Aunt and this BRIGHT GREEN bag came to her house as a birthday gift! Great birthday surprise! Not really, she is not going to wear this bag and besides that, I contacted the manufacture and they said they were going to make it right by sending the right bag and Never did. Im very disappointed in the customer service. As a business owner we always try to make a mistake a good experience (or try to) for the customer as weird as that sounds but it possible to make right!

I love the gray color, and the feel of it. I also like all the pockets to keep me organized. The only comment I would have is I think I would prefer it if it had only one zipper on top, with one big area, instead of two. But I guess thats just a personal preference. Otherwise, I really like the bag, its the right price, and very suitable to my needs. I would definitely recommend buying it.

This Dark Pewter AngelKiss crossbody bag is much darker in person. Nearly black when I put with a black purse. I checked the color on 3 monitors. There is a tear in the front zippered pocket - so that there is a big hole in that pocket. It was either not stitched or the stitching came out. I wanted to add that I like these Angel Kiss bags very much. I ordered this again in Dark Gray which appears much lighter than the Dark Pewter according to the website. Now hopefully this purse will hold up with daily use.

I received the Angelkiss handbag in a timely manner and was pleasantly surprised to find it so roomy. I carry an oxygen concentrator for running errands and had been looking for a handbag large enough to keep a spare battery so that my time away from home can last up to 8 hours instead of 4 hours on the battery in use on the unit. This purse has room for my necessary grooming and makeup supplies, wallet and keys but it also allows me to take the extra battery, cannula tubing and a supply of charging cords in addition. The two handles are long enough to use as a shoulder strap and when I attach the included clip-on handle, I can use the Angelkiss as a cross body bag, making having both the concentrator and a purse less awkward when walking with a cane. Thank you for simplifying my life in a stylish way. I did have only one complaint. When I removed the purse from the plastic wrapping - one of the two front outside pockets had the zipper pull missing. it was gone up to the last link which is long enough to allow me to grip the small element left and move the slider up and down the teeth. I am wishing there was more of the pull to grip - or even that there was a replacement available.

This is the second one of these Ive purchased as gifts. The first was purple and now this caramel color. It is a beautiful, sensibly priced handbag and the recipient absolutely loves them. Plenty of room, sturdy, lots of storage spaces, and easy on the shoulder. Im paraphrasing ... I dont personally use them ... not that theres anything wrong with that (said in my best Seinfeld voice). Anyway,quality materials and the first one I purchased has been used daily since Christmas 2017. Guys, this makes a great gift. Trust me.
