I purchased this bag three times and each time there was something wrong with the zippers. There’s still something wrong with the zippers. The bag is cute and the main zipper works, but it would be nice if the zippers for the other compartments weren’t so freaking difficult, and if they would actually fix the problem instead of continuing to send me the same broken *** bag.
