plastic is plastic when it comes to bags, but being required in so many sports venues, one is needed. this one is thicker than i anticipated which is a plus, and a decent size to hold a few things. the outside pocket is a nice feature. if you need a decent plastic purse for sporting events, and dont plan on filling it with everything but the kitchen sink, this is a nice buy.

I bought this for an outdoor event in DC last January. It held the following - two small sandwiches, maps, subway card, Kleenex, sunscreen, cell phone, a power pack, two 8 oz water bottles and a flattened, mostly gone roll of toilet paper. I was not comfortable keeping visible money, ID, or a cc in it so those things I kept in an inside coat pocket. It is strong, and allows your hands to be free. Totally recommend this if you need a clear small purse for security clearance reasons. Its not big enough or private enough for me except for special events though

Update: Sent email to report issue on Friday and had a new bag delivered today at no cost! Looks much better and super pleased with customer service! Thank you!! Original review: I received my bag today. I think it is great (nice size, crossbody strap is long enough, etc.) except that on the inside of the small front pocket there are very visible scratches. It is either used or during sewing a piece was dropped and stepped on. :-/ I sent an email to see if I can receive an undamaged bag. If I scratch it that’s one thing but I’d like it new to start.

This bag was perfect for a concert attended in NFL stadium. I fit a rain poncho, small wallet, sunglasses, and small pair of binoculars in main zippered space, and cell phone in outside velcro pocket. The strap was easy to adjust. In response to reviews commenting on the strap ripping: The part of strap that attaches to bag was reinforced with extra plastic and seems to be sewed quite well. If it fails I will update my review.
