I mean, I love this purse so much but what the hell man, the material on the inside completely ripped and my things keep falling and making it so difficult to find. Im very disappointed in this product not worth the buy.

Had for a few weeks before the black material on the strap started to come off - used a little bit of glue to stick it back on and its no problem. Some of the stitching is coming undone; however, I have been filling the bag to the max and carrying heavy loads so it is quite understandable. The straps are thin so - dont put too much stress on it. Otherwise the material has held up well, doesnt get wet in the rain. Really like the open front pocket - its perfect for my phone. The pocket diving the purse inside is great too - great for my wallet. So even when the bag falls over, Im not worried about important things falling out. Color is true to picture. Update 10/12/17: Im dropping the rating from 4 stars to 1. I received the bag on August 11th, and in 2 months the bag broke. I have attached pictures of how the long strap broke. The clip broke in half (and it is all metal). I was careful not to put too much in the bag given the strap is thin so this bag did not stand up to any sort of normal usage. In the second picture, you can also see how the rubber on the sides of the strap have continued to fall off (I mentioned this in my initial post on how I glued it back on - this did not work. I used super glue and gorilla glue). Because the strap moves, the rubber gets rubbed/flexed/etc., so in spite of the glue, kept coming off. I really wanted to love this bag because it could have been so functional, but it was so poorly made.

This IS a beautiful bag. However, I purchased it specifically due to its dimensions. The size listed in the description is the exact maximum for a British Airways personal item. I thought that this bag would be perfect for my upcoming trip. When the bag arrived, I was amazed at how small it was, and measured it just to be sure. The bag I received is much smaller than the one advertised.
