I actually bought this to take my breast pump to work. It fits: pump (Spectra 2), small cooler bag, small wet bag with flanges, etc, pumping bra, cream, small pack of wipes. Its a tight fit but I wouldnt want to carry anything much bigger. It seems well made and easy to clean. I love that its cute and doesnt scream "breast pump bag!" I do wish it had a few more small pockets inside.

I already have a huge bag that I use when my family of 4 go to the beach or pool. But, I wanted something a little smaller I could take to the pool when its just my 2 year old and I. I am so happy with the size of this bag. It is bigger than I thought, but not huge. I like the fabric. It is thicker material than I expected and well made. Time will tell if it lasts, but so far so good. I wouldnt hesitate to order a second one in a different print.

I spent weeks looking at potential beach bags online.....comparing features and reviews, critiquing style and quality. I found many bags that were more stylish or fashionable than this one, but they lacked features that I absolutely required. I demanded a zipper top so my stuff doesn’t fall out when I set it down and pickpockets can’t just reach their hand in. I also wanted some level of waterproofing.....nothing hardcore, but I didn’t want the bag itself to be ruined by some ocean spray on a powerboat. The adorable straw bags that I really wanted would probably fall apart if wet. Lastly, I wanted something colorfast that would not bleed on my clothing.....I’ve had several bags in the past, both low and high end, that have done this! While I have not actually tested this aspect yet, it’s hard to imagine how this plastic-coated fabric could bleed. I bought the black and white stripe version for a classic look that will work in both Caribbean and European environments. The stripes do not line up on one side, which is the only flaw I can find so far. I’m going to make some brightly colored pompoms and tassels to hang from the handles to punch it up a bit. All in all, can’t wait to take it to the Bahamas next month.

I stuff this bag full of all kinds of things and lug it all over. It goes out on the boat, it serves as an overnight bag, it carries food and drinks to parties. I like the decent water resistance it has since it is mainly a boat bag. Dont let it sit in a puddle, or out in a downpour and you are fine. My biggest complaint would be the straps. If you want to use this as a shoulder bag be warned the straps are not designed for that. Aside from being shorter, as you can see in the images, thy are rough. In a swim suit or tank top especially. Otherwise I feel as though the bag meets expectations. I have recommended the Scout brand and would purchase more items from them.

Used on a recent cruise to the Caribbean. This was great to fit everything we needed for the beach: 2 snorkel and mask sets, 2 bottles of water, 2 books, 1 magazine, 2 beach towels, 2 shirts, 1 bottle of sunscreen and several other small miscellaneous items. As other commenters have mentioned, the straps are a little short; however, contrary to other commenters, the straps were just long enough to carry the bag on my shoulders. It would be a much better design to make the bag straps slightly longer for better ease of use (on the shoulder). For most of the trip when we used the bag, my husband held one handle and I held the other. This worked well since the bag was heavy once we loaded it up.
