I love this bag so I bought another one in black. The quality is excellent-straps (long and short) are the right thickness and not wimpy where they fold. The hardware is classy. The zippers are heavy duty. There is a zipper pocket on the outside in the middle of the bag and 2 smaller pockets on each side of the bag. I like these for keys and gate cards - easy access. The inside is lined with a thin material and it seems pretty strong. I had the liners of expensive designer bags fall apart so Ill see how this holds up. The 3 pockets on the inside of the bag are very useful, with a deep pocket in the center of the bag. I love the shape of this bag. I am a small person and carry a lot of stuff so I like a bag that handles the weight well and doesnt become cumbersome itself. This is a great bag, especially for the price. Cheers!

In today’s hectic world every single minute of mine counts and having an efficient bag has proven to definitely be my biggest asset. It was obvious from the first moment I received this purse it came from a company who took the extra time to truly care. Each detail was crafted with the everyday career woman in mind. The best part, I found this at a very affordable price. The flexibility of having a short shoulder strap for everyday use and a longer strap for carrying packages when I had limited hands immediately became an advantage for me. Reserving the main section solely for bigger professional items not only enabled me to keep my business documents organized (folders, notes, books, tablet, etc.) but more importantly it afforded me quick access. I love the TWO zippered side compartments. I put my cosmetic and personal items in one side and my smaller business items (pens, pads, calculator, etc.) in the other. The THIRD zippered compartment was absolutely perfect for my most private possessions (my wallet, cell, keys, etc.). Having these in an area away from everything else meant THE MOST!

I loved this bag when I saw it online, and I bought it because of the brand, they have quality products. I did end up returning it ONLY because it was to big for me. I wish they had a crossbody or a smaller purse just like this. I only need to carry my phone, a small credit card, id holder and lipstick. I give this a 5 star because it deserves it, I give me a one star for not looking at the measurements more closely! :)

UPDATE: The seller contacted me after I posted a poor review of the bag and refunded me 100% because I was unsatisfied with my purchase. I am raising my review from a 1 star to a 3 start based upon EXCELLENT customer service. They had offered to replace my purchase in addition to a partial refund prior. I would consider trying them again due to the customer service and their willingness to stand behind their merchandise. Original Review: I really wanted to be able to use this purse. The 2 decorative zippers on the side came undone and apart just after the return window. The pleather is a beautiful Carmel color and I initially received many compliments on the bag. The stitching on the bottom that covers the zippers came undone within weeks and the bag is now unusable.

Got this bag in burgundy and loved so much got the tan too. This is by far the best handbag I’ve worn and I own more than I care to admit...but it’s more than 75 and that’s all I’ll say! There is only one wide strap...which is perfect since one doesn’t fall off...like most 2 strap handbags. The strap drop is long enough to fit on top of my puffer coat no problem. Plenty of room...I carry a purse organizer with tons of stuff, a cosmetic pouch with everything I can stuff in it, plus a 5x7 notebook. The phones fit in the outside pocket perfectly! A must have for the handbag addict!
