Works as intended. Make sure to line it up with your shoulder to get a perfect spot to attach to phone. I just put it on the phone at first and had to remove and reattach. It is made of a type of vinyl and hollow inside. It is not foam like i was thinking.

Im not sure if you would consider this a positive or a negative review. I ordered this for my desk phone at work. I used to have similar shoulder rest before that was foam and was a lot more comfortable. This one is plastic. Its soft-ish plastic, but not as comfortable as foam. I ordered this one because of its anti-microbial features. A trade-off, I suppose.

This is so comfy. I would suggest to NOT stick it on right away. Figure out the best position for you THEN adhere. Once its on It is on so make sure you get it right. It would be super great if it came with an extra adhesive strip.

Took some getting used to initially, but otherwise serves its purpose in relieving the neck straining that was causing issues for our receptionist as she spent a good portion of the day pinning the thin handset against her shoulder as she multi-tasked. This is significantly reduced the neck bend needed to secure the phone without hands.

Does what it’s supposed to do. It sticks to my phone well and although it isn’t as high as I would like (gap from neck to shoulder) it’s still great and way better than craning my neck for the regular phone.
