A bit more comfortable than no shoulder rest at all, but somehow it doesnt quite do the trick and phone still slips off shoulder. There doesnt seem to be a better fit made or sold anywhere.

Is this good or bad - I now have my hands free to work at my desk while I do business on the phone!?!?! But seriously, you gotta make one of these things for cell phones and cordless ground phones!

Some of the edges of this bizarre rubbery "thingy" arent properly sealed, it doesnt fit or feel right to the ear at all, squashes when head leans on it. Mushy, uncomfortable and smelly. Whoever made it isnt using it. Rip off!

Relieves chronic neck pain, if only for a phone call! Ive had it on my work phone for a few months and it hasnt fell off or given me any issues.

Causes neck strain and the phone receiver slips to the floor very frequently. Not good for the main phone person who is straining to hold to ear with pressure to the neck and trying to take phone orders at the same time. Bad buy
