Looks surprisingly great for pleather, and the hardware looks nice, not cheap, neither. Tons of pockets, zippers, etc. As mentioned in other reviews, the bag seems to collapse when not full. The backpack straps do not come off so its not *really convertible, itd be better if they moved to the shoulder instead when needed. As is, if you want to carry on shoulder youd still have two huge back straps hanging down, which are heavy and bulky. They also seem to slip after adjustment, which sucks for me with long hair being caught in them if I try to readjust while on. The customer service is impeccable!! They promptly answered my email and sent a new shoulder strap when I mentioned mine was missing. Very friendly and super quick and attentive response!

Very nice , very soft leather. Made very well, would order another one. Love all the pockets inside and outside. I got the grey one. Absolutely beautiful and stylish. Love it , Im so glad I ordered this one.very happy, my sister is ordering one too, I also had breast cancer and my arm swells so caring a back pack is way easier and less pain

This was exactly what I was looking for! Cute and stylish, the perfect size to carry all my essentials and room for more (like a book or tablet for airplane travel), but not super large like a regular backpack. I took off one star because it’s nearly 2 lbs EMPTY. Much heavier than any other purse I’ve had, but wearing it on my back, I don’t really feel the weight. Love all the organizational pockets-the pockets on the sides are too small for a water bottle or umbrella but they would easily fit inside.

Looked good. Havent worn it yet but it large enough to hold an ipad with room in the length. I like the 3 outside zippered pockets, the two zipper pockets inside and the two open pockets inside. My Samsung with the case can fit in the open pocket. The straps feel comfortable. Will put it to the test once the bag is full. I use backpacks instead of a handbag so this size is perfect for everyday and perfect for travel. Not too big, not too small. I dont love the zipper pulls. To me they dont really go with the design and colour of the bag. I might change them out....I might not. Overall I am happy with the purchase. Worth the price!

I really wanted to like this bag.... but it is so soft that it has no shape. It just falls into a baggy bunch unless you pack it full. You cannot sit it down without it doing this. I will not be using it.... I just wish I had not threw away the tags or I would return!
