They fell apart on me after only 8 months. Ripped at the seem. Since my previous ariat boots lasted over 4 years with heavy use I was expecting the same from these. I really love these boots though. They are so comfortable. I want to get another pair but Im hesitant since I need a boot that can hold up with heavy barn work.

Ten months after I received this item, Im still upset about it. The picture is not at all accurate and the pink color is not at all subtle, as it appears, in the pictures. In fact it was more of an "electric" raspberry color. And the stitching wasnt really the issue, but the very visible and very bright raspberry colored lining. And I unfortunately bought it upon a second viewing and accidentally selected to purchase it from Gabriel Shoes, who charged me a 20% restocking fee. Id meant to order it with the PRIME option, but the prices were similar & I made the critical error. I still havent replaced them and feel that I need to make up that 20% in order to do so, or get them somewhere else.

Waited nearly 3 years to but Ariat boots - these particular boots are PERFECT! Tons of toe room - rounded toe is plenty wide enough for wiggle room. Stitching is gorgeous! Where stitching of leather meets the ankle I had serious rubbing issues. When viewed from the front, the sides of the boot tapered in at the ankles. I stuffed paper inside the boot at that exact spot to get rid of the convex way the boot was originally, and after 2 days the sides of the boot were reshaped to be perfectly straight at that seam - no more rubbing. I purchased sole inserts at the same time I purchased the boots, but the boots are so comfy I didnt need them! I live in south Florida and was warned that boots would be sweltering. These are perfect because they breathe and they are short. Buy these boots and you will be seriously happy!

I have gone through many boots trying to find a pair that would hold up to daily barn chores. Several pairs didn’t make the cute after a couple months, literally fell apart from soles wearing out to coming apart at the seams this included some other Ariats. I decide to try The Fatbaby Heritage and hoped for the best. I’m here to say they have held up to my surprise. I live on a ranch and these boots are on from Sunrise to late in the evening and they’ve been put to many vigorous tests. Mucking stalls, cleaning chicken coops, planting, handling all facets of ranch life. I ride my horses in them and they are cute enough to go to town in. Soles barely show any wear, stitching is all where it should be, no fraying, insoles still perfect. They were true to size and width, very comfortable and no breaking in like I’ve had to do in the past with Justin’s and other brands. Literally best barn boot I’ve come across. Bonus is they are really cute with jeans or shorts. This cowgirl is impressed!

This color isnt brown as advertised in the picture. Its more of a gray. Reminded me of pine tree bark. It seems the picture may have been enhanced to have more of a brown color because the pink in the picture really stands out. It doesnt in person. I really wanted the color in the picture. After trying them on with a good boot sock, they fit ok across the width of my foot, but they were loose in the heel. I dont have a wide foot. Also, my toe hit the end of the boot. I have several boots in various brands, all the same size. These are the only ones that fit loose in the heel, and seemed 1/2 size smaller in length. The short height of the boot also caused it to pull down my socks into the boot. These will be returned. Packaging wise, the original box was so badly damaged in transit that these boots arrived repackaged in an Amazon box. Every other pair of boots/shoes that Ive ordered online have all been in their original boxes packed carefully into the stores box.
