These boots are really great for the price. I like that the material is not shiny or cheap looking. Theyre comfortable for walking in for short periods of time, but for longer periods I would need to put an insole in. Theyre not too high of a heel, so they dont look like stripper boots. They work for costume or for themed outfits. I wear vintage clothing and they go with a lot of my 60s and 70s style dresses without looking like a costume.

I bought these boots to wear with my Cos play costume and they are perfect. I love the look of them. Theyre a bit snug around my calves but very comfortable otherwise. I like the softness inside the foot area. I need arch support so I will just put my own orthotics in them so I can walk around longer without foot pain. They are well made and seem like theyll last a long time.

I purchased these for a wonder woman costume. They are good quality and pretty comfortable. They looked way better than the boot covers that came with my costume. I wore them 3 different times and walked far in them. I can also see myself using them again for other costumes I do have a very wide calf (17 inches) and I got these to fit. I was very surprised and happy at the same time when I got them zipped past my calf. However, I did have to work the zipper up in order to get it to zip past my calf. But once the zipper was zipped, the boot was not too tight around my calf and I was able to walk around normally. So if you have a very wide calf, you may have to stretch the material or work the zipper up like I had to.

Ive searched and searched for boots that would fit an average calf and this one fits! I can definitely use these boots for my Wonder Woman costume. They are comfortable and good enough for costuming. I hope this helps! I know how frustrating it is to get boots and be disappointed that theres no calf room -- not enough boot to wrap around your leg -- ugh! Seems like all the boots made are for skinny legs. Not all ladies have legs that look like toothpicks! No offense - just a fact. Thanks!

Beautiful bright red just like I hoped for my Supergirl and Captain Marvel. As a person who is right in between ordering wide calf boots and regular ones depending on the design with a 14.5 inch calf at the widest, these were pretty tight and to be honest I really didnt think they would zip the first time. I powered through it and they zipped much easier the second time although they are still pretty tight. If your calves are wider than 14.5 inches these are very unlikely to fit and at exactly that width they fit like a second skin. Very roomy in the foot. Just not too comfortable after a while. I managed to stand in them all day for a con but at that point they really hurt so mostly I’ve used them for photoshoots and smaller cons with lots of sitting space. Some inserts may be needed.
