Terrible quality, so disappointed since I was sure the Lucky brand was to be trusted. Wore the shoes once and they received a tear in the leather. Literally the "leather" on this shoe is a paper-thin leather-like coating over some sort of cheap fibrous material thats underneath. Check out the pictures, its horrible...not what I consider leather. Cheaply made, not durable at all. The heel of the shoe is also cheap. Looks like a stacked heel in the pictures but actually just cheap plastic with a covering on it to make it look like a stacked heel. Wish I could return but unfortunately they cant be returned once their worn. Going in the garbage and Ill never buy a pair of Lucky shoes again.

I wore these pretty much every day while we were traveling in Europe, and we walked miles and miles every day. These were the only shoes I took on our trip that never caused any pain. I absolutely love these shoes. They are incredibly comfortable.

These are exactly what I would expect from Lucky. Very high quality construction and nice leather. Some other reviewers said they are narrow or run small. Not so. Theyre real leather, and they need to be broken in for a day or so. I wore them all day and my feet were totally fine, and by the end of the day the leather had softened. I also saw some who complained about them getting ruined in the rain. Well, dont wear your leather boots in the rain. Treat them with oil to protect them and keep them looking new! They will last you a long time!

I love the Basel boot. I bought my first pair over a year ago and wore them daily. They just get prettier with age! I like them so much, I bought more in a few different colors. This wheat pair arrived last week, and theyve been on my feet everyday since. They start to warm up and wrinkle just right around the front of the ankle, developing this lovely broke in soft look. The leather is fine quality! Though, this color is really thirsty and likes to be oiled regularly. The soles hold up pretty good for plastic. Im hard on heels, and after a year of frequent wear, its barely worn down wear I usually wear down the outsides of my heels. My last pair was a true to fit size 8.5. I bought these in a 9, so Id have a little more room to wear socks with them. I like them with, or without socks. Theyre pretty breathable, but socks are nice in hotter weather to keep them dry.

I just received my boots today! Highly disappointed. Boots have markings all over them. Bottom of the soles are worn. The are definitely used knock offs. I’ve seen, felt and even tried on an authentic pair of Lucky Brand boots. These are definitely not authentic. I would return them but as someone reviewed before, they won’t return them because they said they were worn. Well of course! You sold me them USED!
