I loved the fit and comfort and function, but almost gave them up because theyre so hard to get ON. Heres the tool. I believe its a Fiskars brand, dull edged hand spade. Makes it a breeze with socks on. Edit: Yes, it was part of a Fiskars 3-Piece Softtouch Tool Set.

These are nearly perfect! Just wore them today in a typical Florida downpour. PROS 1. COMPLETELY waterproof! I even deliberately stepped in multiple BIG puddles. Stayed totally dry. 2. So adorable! Ive attached a pic of my feet wearing them :-) Ive always wanted short boots and these are so cute that I could wear them with pants and not just in the rain. 3. I have terrible foot problems and am very, very limited on shoes I can wear. My heels are narrow and the front wider. These look like they come to a more pointed front, but they are very roomy. Also not hard and my feet are incredibly sensitive. 4. DEFINITELY get a 1/2 size up if you are in-between. I am generally 8.5 and I got the 9. I do have to wear a thick sock and its still on the looser side. But Im not at all sliding out of it. CONS They weigh a LOT! Its like wearing weights on your feet. In fact, my hip started hurting a bit, but I am hoping I will get used to them. SUMMARY A high quality product at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend

I was a little worried about being able to get these on, as so many reviewers reported it being difficult for them. Well, I had on a fairly thick pair of socks, and lo, it was very easy to slip them on. I must admit, they are actually roomier than I expected, and maybe I should have gotten a 9, but then maybe they would have been a bit harder to slip on. Anyway, I like the fit--theyre immediately comfortable; the roominess will allow me to use thick socks, which I prefer to wear. I consider this to be the "little red riding hood" version of these sloggers; not too tall, not too short-just right, to slip on easily and also keep out splashing of puddles, etc as I walk outside. and, of course, they seem sturdy and durable. My other pair, which are the longer ones, have so far held up nicely after a year or so of use, so I expect the same from these. I recommend them!

These are great for rain and garden work. I like the fact that it covers up the ankle so water and dirt wont get in. I tried the other model with regular fit, but didnt really work b/c it didnt really cover up around the ankle very well. I liked this one better.

I have a love affair w/ sloggers. The slip ons are great for walking the dog, taking out the trash or quick jaunts in the hood. This ANKLE Boot is for all my other trips when the rain is pouring down. The fit is awesome. I like the insole, the elastic in the front, the rear tab to assist in putting them on & then there is that rear tab by the sole that aids in removing them w/o having to use your hands.... you know kick em off before you go inside w/o needing to drop everything to use your hands to get em off....great bonus. Some peeps say they are not very warm (thats what socks are for). I use them on my winter beach walks. I bought these because the "shoe" model was too low for beach walks & the calf high boots were "sloppy" feeling. These are the best for my purposes. Love the fun colors; they make me smile.
Make sure this fitsby entering your model number. DESIGNED TO BE THE MOST COMFORTABLE WATERPROOF FOOTWEAR EVER - Demand more from your rain boots. Sloggers give your comfort, practicality, and fashion unheard of in waterproof shoes. ALL-DAY COMFORT INSOLES - Superior than the flat, die-cut insoles most rain boots use. Sloggers insoles are 7mm thick at the heel and 5mm thick at the ball of the foot for jogging-shoe levels of comfort. GET THE RIGHT FIT - Sizes run pretty true to size, but follow these guidelines for a good fit: if between sizes order up, heavy socks will add up to half a size, and a wide foot may require a half size larger. MADE OF RECYCLABLE MATERIAL - Sloggers attempts to maximize the amount of recycled material they put back into their shoes. Currently half of the material in the soles and all of the clear material scraps in their uppers are from recycled products. SEND THEM BACK TO BE REUSED - When they've finally reached the end of the road, send them back and Sloggers will grind them up and use them to make new pairs of boots.
