The shoes do not match one another. One shoe very obviously has the woven part of the wedge much higher on to the sole of the shoes by the toes. I think the shoes are really cute and I was really excited to wear them, but when I got to work and looked down at my toes and noticed the defect, I don’t think I’ll be wearing them much if at all.

Shoes were too snug and too short in the footbed for my size 10 foot. No problem, I thought- I will just return them. I should have read the fine print!! These shoes were shipped by ShoeZoo- they charged a $6,95 shipping fee. Once I returned the shoes, I was charged an additional $4.95 shipping fee PLUS a restock fee of $8.95!! I might as well had just set a $20 bill on fire because that’s what I am out. Do NOT order from ShoeZoo unless you are 110% sure the shoes you are ordering fit perfectly. I feel like an idiot for not reading the fine print first. SHOEZOO BUYERS BEWARE!!

I was very excited to wear these shoes and thoughtfully made the decision to purchase them. Unfortunately, after wearing them only once for about 8 hours, they came apart completely at the seam. I cannot get ahold of the seller. So, I’m out a pair of shoes and quite a bit of money.

received the shoe and the stiching along the sides was horrible. TOMS could have have done a better job of stitching for the cost of the shoe. It looked like after one time wear the stitching (string) would have broke. the top canvas part was never flushed with the bottom of the shoe. If you put you foot into the shoe, you can see the side of your foot from the outside. I really liked the look of the shoe so I spent an hour restitching the shoe myself. I made the string stitch closer to the shoe for maximum support. If you click on the picture to expand larger, you can see how the canvas in the front part of the shoe is lifted and not flush with side. All side of both shoes had to be restitched. I should have returned the shoe. Nice looking shoe but very poor workmanship.

Cute shoes, terribly made. I have had them for two months and the stitching has already come undone. They are unreturnable and unwearable.
