Update: I received my new (replacement) pair of chucks and they are perfect. For me a half size down is perfect. With these i love that they are meant not to be tied. So cute! I wore them all day at work and they were pretty comfy. I wore little bootie socks that I’d wear with flats, but next time I’ll wear something that covers the top of my foot more. The fabric rubbed in one spot of my foot but no big deal. They’re tennies...they should be worn with a form of a sock. Good price and good shoe. I couldn’t find this cheaper anywhere....and I’ve looked. Excuse me while I order other colors now. ————————- I’ve been wanting my first chucks for so long and this was a great price so I ordered my usual 7. The moment I opened them I tried them on and it looked like I had clown shoes on. These definitely run big. I’d go down either a half or whole size. If I can find kid sizes with cheap prices I’ll buy them instead since I know how they fit after trying them on in the store. (Benefit to having smaller feet

I tried these on in an actual Converse store and the 9.5 fit great but they didnt have them in black. So I did what we all do and found them on Amazon. When they arrived they were too tight and seemed to be a little too low in where they hit on the sides of my feet. I took a closer look and read reviews. Turns out these are not real Converse. The famed "star" shape in the middle of the "o" in Converse isnt anywhere on the shoe or the box itself. This explains why they didt fit the same. Only buying from Converse.com or at big chain retail stores from now on!

I have a few pairs of converse shoes but these have become my favorite. I do have somewhat wide feed (definitely wide when it comes to converse) so I would have to say the first week was rough. It did help to stuff them and I sat them by our heat vent which helped widen them a tad. I love the style, they are breathable and lightweight and the slip on design makes it fast and convenient to put them on!

I have given up on all sneaker Converse. this is the 4th pair, different styles and everyone that says the sizing is off, is correct. i am always without a doubt a regular size 8. I ordered an 8 in these and sure enough, too big, the backs flipped like a flip flop. Last time I tried a 7.5 and they were too small, 8s too big. So I have given up for good with Converse.

I love these shoes...but having problems finding a good fit. I wear a 7.5 normally. I ordered a 7.5 and they were WAY big. Sent them back for a 7 and still a little loose. I had to criss-cross the laces at the top to really cinch them and get a tighter fit so I wouldnt walk out of them. I have many pairs of Converse, but these are my first Shoreline, so the fit really threw me, but with the laces criss-crossing, I have them able to fit comfortably. I probably could have gotten away with a 6.5, but these will work with the cinched laces making a tighter fit. Besides the fit...I LOVE these shoes. They are fun, sporty, cute and comfortable. I will continue to keep wearing Converse and look into another color of Shorelines.
