This is my first purchase of Puma shoes, and I love them. I am 56" tall, 135 lbs, and i exercise every day for about an hour doing a mix of aerobics and cross training. I wear an 8.5 womens size and while I am a medium width my feet are just short of a wide. These were true to size and roomy in the toe box which is important. If you havent used cross trainers like these they might feel a bit odd at the beginning. The platform is very stable almost as if you cant roll your foot from side to side. But that is a huge benefit if like me your feet roll outward while walking. Its also a big benefit for cross training classes during which you make sudden side to side movements. These keep you firmly planted on the floor. They look like they would be very heavy, but they are the exact opposite. They are very light but well constructed. On your feet you either love the look or you dont. They make my feet look large especially in width but it doesnt bother me a bit. The comfort is worth it. I tend to wear running tights which accentuates how wide they appear. If you are wearing yoga pants that wont bother you. I wish they came in a wider variety of colors but again - the comfort is worth it. I have not used these outdoors and dont plan to so i cant speak to that. I wear them in the gym for classes like HIIT, boxing and boot camp. And I have also used them on the treadmill, cross trainer and the elliptical. Overall i am very happy with them and will buy them again.

I wasnt expecting these shoes to be so form fitting Im an 8.5 and probably should have gotten a size 9 however I LOVE THEM! I was expierincing horrible pain in the arch of my right foot all the time prior to buying these and all my years of shoe buying Puma has me SOLD! These are my very first pair of Pumas and the arch support is amazing. The toe area runs on the narrow size and its been kinda difficult breaking them in but I do not regret buying these and if I need to I will buy them and other styles by Puma again! Great for walking especially since I suffer chronic back pain and walking in basic shoes with pain all the time is tough its been way better ever since!!

I love these shoes! I thought at first they would bulky and hard on my feet, I work long hours, on my feet all day! I realized within minutes of wearing these shoes that my feet didnt hurt, my back didnt ache, my toes werent numb anymore. I cant tell you how much a good pair of shoes are worth to your whole body! They have tremendous support, light weight even though they dont look it, and very comfortable! Im in love with these shoes and plan to buy more each pay day. I recommend you do the same!

First off, to me these are true to size. I am normally a 7 in Nike running shoes, but after reading other comments, I ordered these in a 7.5. The 7.5s were way too long, and just loose overall. Ordered the 7s and they fit perfectly. I do kickboxing once a week, and three times week I do full body HIIT style weightlifting workouts (main lift, followed by supersets). I wanted shoes that could do both as changing shoes halfway through my workout was getting annoying. These definitely get the job done. They are shock absorbing enough for the HIIT workouts, but the sole is stiff and firm enough for squats and deadlifts. I prefer squatting in these to my converse! However, two things made me take off the stars. First, the toe-box is very narrow. My toes cant spread at all, and I dont feel very stable when doing kickboxing or other cardio moves that require jumping because of it. Second, they are HOT. They do not breathe AT ALL. Halfway through my workout I want to rip them off of my feet. To me, this is a total deal-breaker unfortunately, so I will not be keeping them.

No one can buy my review, period. I seem to be in shoe-buying mode right now and that is rather unusual for me. I usually wear a 6M and these fit perfectly. I LOVE the gel sole inserts and they are very classy. I wore them out the other day toward the end of the day walking around the neighborhood and as it was getting dark, I noticed headlights were reflecting off the PUMA that looks yellow on the shoe (on the toe and the tongue of the shoe). The cars were reacting and moving away from me, even though I was on the side walk. Awesome to unexpectedly have some safety built into a pair of shoes. Worth every penny I spent, great shoes for active walking and going to the gym.
