I bought these shoes to get me started at the gym. They took a wear or two to fit really well, but now theyre absolutely perfect and comfortable. I can do a variety of activities and havent yet had any foot soreness (and I am an obese woman working hard with a personal trainer-- Ive definitely worked these shoes hard). They fit more snugly to the upper foot than Im accustomed to, which felt odd at first, but is definitely good when Im doing certain activities; my feet feel very secure.

Ill start with the obvious, its a Puma and its a gorgeous shoe aesthetically. I bought a 6 1/2 and it fits like one. Hugs my foot, not tight even though with putting on a bit of weight my 6 1/2 may be a little thicker than usual. I find the shoe a bit stiff for a cross-trainer hence the 4 stars. Its supposed to have a cushion gel insole but I can barely feel that. I have only walked with it through 2 airports, no exercise yet so this review might change with more usage. I have a very high-instep and deep arches, breaking shoes in is a challenge for me and I suffer a bit. I did have a little bit of arch soreness after wearing this for 8 hours but not as much as I expected considering the stiffness of the shoes soles. When I start using in on an elliptical machine, Ill know how comfortable it really is. I can already tell that they are not bad for walking, did I mention I expected more gel in the insole?

These shoes are great for my circuit training sessions at the gym. I do a lot of squats and lunge movements so foot stability is important. This is the first pair of Puma shoes Ive purchased and Im happy to say that they fit true to size. I wear an 8.5 in Nikes and ordered an 8.5 for these and they fit perfectly. They were a little snug at first, but after one session of wearing them they stretched out. They are very comfortable and have good cushioning. I have a high arches and narrow feet and I havent had any foot pain with these. The structure and support of the total shoe is great for working out, but keep in mind it isnt a "running" shoe. Theyre also lightweight which is awesome... plus theyre pretty.

Love these sneakers! Ive only worn them for a day, but Im 9 months pregnant. So walking around in these for a day felt great! My feet didnt hurt or anything and I love the color! Best sneakers Ive bought so far
