I love these shoes! I thought at first they would bulky and hard on my feet, I work long hours, on my feet all day! I realized within minutes of wearing these shoes that my feet didnt hurt, my back didnt ache, my toes werent numb anymore. I cant tell you how much a good pair of shoes are worth to your whole body! They have tremendous support, light weight even though they dont look it, and very comfortable! Im in love with these shoes and plan to buy more each pay day. I recommend you do the same!

First off, to me these are true to size. I am normally a 7 in Nike running shoes, but after reading other comments, I ordered these in a 7.5. The 7.5s were way too long, and just loose overall. Ordered the 7s and they fit perfectly. I do kickboxing once a week, and three times week I do full body HIIT style weightlifting workouts (main lift, followed by supersets). I wanted shoes that could do both as changing shoes halfway through my workout was getting annoying. These definitely get the job done. They are shock absorbing enough for the HIIT workouts, but the sole is stiff and firm enough for squats and deadlifts. I prefer squatting in these to my converse! However, two things made me take off the stars. First, the toe-box is very narrow. My toes cant spread at all, and I dont feel very stable when doing kickboxing or other cardio moves that require jumping because of it. Second, they are HOT. They do not breathe AT ALL. Halfway through my workout I want to rip them off of my feet. To me, this is a total deal-breaker unfortunately, so I will not be keeping them.

No one can buy my review, period. I seem to be in shoe-buying mode right now and that is rather unusual for me. I usually wear a 6M and these fit perfectly. I LOVE the gel sole inserts and they are very classy. I wore them out the other day toward the end of the day walking around the neighborhood and as it was getting dark, I noticed headlights were reflecting off the PUMA that looks yellow on the shoe (on the toe and the tongue of the shoe). The cars were reacting and moving away from me, even though I was on the side walk. Awesome to unexpectedly have some safety built into a pair of shoes. Worth every penny I spent, great shoes for active walking and going to the gym.

I have had MANY different athletic shoes but I always had cramping in my feet and toes. Then a trainer at my gym mentioned that it looked as if I had over pronation in my feet. He suggested looking into seeing a podiatrist and possibly getting orthotics for my shoes. In the meantime, I went on the Internet and researched the best shoes for overpronation and theses Pumas were in the top 10. I chose these because the price was right and they looked cute. I normally I wear a nine so that’s what I ordered but they are about a half a size larger than what I would like but since I’ve been wearing them I have not had the cramping in my feet that usually occurs during all exercises so hopefully this continues.

Better than I expected. They are a great looking pair of shoes. I have such a hard time finding shoes that fit my feet. I have small feet with a narrow heel. These Pumas are perfect. They also help me get threw a work day without heel pain.
