I love the look and feel of these shoes, BUT the sizing is off. I usually wear size 7.5 but with these shoes there is no win with neither 7 (too tight) nor 7.5 (feels and looks like 8). I never had this issue with any other company. Sadly, I would have to return these shoes and continue looking.

Gorgeous, gorgeous shoes! But they were enormous in my usual 9.5. When I checked the product box, I saw the Euro equivalent was a 41. The standard Euro conversion for a womens 9.5 is a 40, which explains why Clarks have run large for me in the past. I wish Amazon included a brand-specific size chart on the site. I had to send them back, and unfortunately the price difference between a 9.5 and a 9 or 8.5 was over $40, so I did not re-purchase.

These are advertised as a Patent Pump, however it is NOT patent leather, but rather plastic! The only difference between these $80 Clarks and the $25 Payless Comfort Plus pumps, is $65. So disappointed that Clarks, which once used to be quality, are now hocking Payless-grade shoes.

I love these shoes. The fit is just right. I previously bought the Dolly Brier pump by Clarks and thought they were comfortable. These are even more comfortable! I will be buying in different colors.

I HAD TO CALL TWICE TO RETURN MY PRODUCTS THAT I RETURNED AND WAS STILL CHARGED. THE SHOES WERE TOO SMALL AND RUN SMALL BUT SADLY IF THIS WAS THROUGH REGULAR AMAZON AND NOT PRIME WARDROBE IT WOULD NOT BE SUCH A BIG DEAL SO HENCE BOTTOM LINE IF YOU LIKE IT, BUY IT, AND RETURN IT OTHERWISE YOU WILL END UP PAYING ANYWAY AND HAVE TO WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PHONE CALLS AS THEY STILL WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD. I DONT WANT ANYONE TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS. I LOVE AMAZON BUT THIS PROGRAM IS A BAD IDEA AND IS NOT WORKING FOR THEM.
