I loved these shoes but unfortunately they were not available in 10.5. So I got a size 11 hoping it would work out but they were just a little too big so sadly I had to return them.

I had to request an exchange of the pair I received initially since the fit was too large although I loved the design. The second pair too did not fit right on one foot. That signals to me that there is little consistency in the quality assurance behind the manufacturing of the shoe. Its too bad because Clarks is my go to brand but as of late I note that you have to try on the shoes before purchasing because of the inconsistency in quality and fit. Will think twice before ordering online.

Every girl needs a low black heel in her closet. This shoe fits the bill for me. Its a timeless style that I can wear for years. Ive worn these shoes a few times already and they are very comfortable. Very happy with this purchase!

bought these for my sister in law who has problems with edema and she is in love! States they are very comfortable and fit her so much better than she expected. Would definitely recommend these shoes.

Nice leather and color but size is still too big despite ordering a half size smaller than my usual. Cant return it because I had it shipped to the Philippines and courier service will be too high.
