First, lets start with the stain on the side of these pumps. I pulled them out of the box, and bam, there it was. Not enough to return them, since I had a business meeting to wear them to tonight, but enough to annoy me for sure. I depended on the other reviews to guide me on my purchase, and got it all wrong. These did not run small at all. I am a 7.5 and bought an 8. They were slipping off all night. I had to walk extra slowly to make sure I didnt fall out of them. Even though I stuffed the toes with Kleenex, I fell out of them once, walking up some stairs. Embarrassing. Even if they were the correct size, I feel like they would have slipped off anyway. I guess well never know. Make sure you at LEAST order your correct shoe size if youre going to buy these.

I must start by saying that I am not a "sparkly-shoe" sort of girl. So, no matter how nice these shoes are, I will never really like them cuz I sorta think all these shoes look like they belong on the feet of Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz. Having said that, i found myself in the position to need silver evening shoes. I am also not a fan of high heels overall and I really did not want to be one of the many women who had their shoes off the minute the dinner finished and dancing started. It took me 5 pairs on Amazon to find these. They are as good as it gets. This was one of the lowest heels I could find in a platform shoe and, as all high heel-haters will say, that platform makes a huge difference in comfort and ability to walk. These are high enough to be stylish ...... they do not look like your Grandmas heels. Normally, I would order a size 8.5 and have room for a nice thick insole padding in a dress shoe. I tried that first with these and had to order a 9 ... so, I believe they run just about one-half size small in length ... maybe a tab bit more. The toe is more rounded than some and that helps comfort. Another reviewer mentioned the seam in the front toe area which was barely visible from the Amazon photo. Shes right ... there is an odd seam in the front that makes a point at the top of the shoe. And, I agree it is odd ... but, after looking at it for awhile, I decided it wasnt a deal breaker and, indeed, it made these shoes a little unique. I attempted to photograph the point but, because of the sparkle and the angle, its tough to see. I also included a photo of the bag I bought on Amazon to match these shoes ... it is a perfect, perfect match to the shoes if you need Naimo Flap Dazzling Small Clutch Bag Evening Bag With Detachable Chain (Silver) .

These are amazing. Really well made and super comfortable. I have multiple sclerosis so walking can be difficult, but these are very sturdy and easy to walk in. I definitely recommend!!

BEAUTIFUL SHOES. I wish I could have kept them. They fit as expected EXCEPT for the toe box. It is deep and leaves space at the top of your foot. That didnt bother me much. They were comfortable and the platform under the ball of the foot makes for a heel that is not as steep as it looks. The problem I had with these shoes is that they continually slipped off my heel -- I walked out of them every step. I ordered a smaller size and when it came, they were quite snug but I STILL somehow managed to walk out of them. I returned them. I have found this same shoe as a mary jane (with strap over foot) and am ordering those. Again, these are BEAUTIFUL shoes and seemed that they would have been comfortable if I just could have kept them on my heel.
