These are truly the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. I used to wear flats on my commute to work every day and leave my heels at the office, now I just wear these all day. Even without any kind of inserts or extra cushioning they have never given me blisters or foot cramps. I think the placement and flexibility of the straps is largely responsible, because these are way more comfortable than other LifeStride heels Ive had that are a similar height. The straps keep your foot from sliding forward or rubbing against the back, and the elastic that keeps the two parts of the straps together ensures that the straps are snug enough to keep the shoe in place without digging into your skin.

After reading such great reviews I ordered these shoes.. but I have to say that I am very disappointed because after wearing these shoes only once to a 50th year wedding anniversary this past weekend; when I got home I realized the heel cap on one of the shoes had broken. All that is left on the heel is a part of the ca. For the cost of the shoes this should not have happened. Now I have to get them repaired before I can wear them again. If this had not happened, I would say that the shoes were great and given them a better rating.

Unfortunately I had to send the shoes back. My foot just cant handle the front part that comes around the edge of my outside foot bone (toe area) The edge of the shoe hits the edge of my foot wrong causing it to rub causing to much pain. This is just my foot, I would recommend anyone to try them to see if they will fit your foot differently. Very pretty shoe, so sad that they dont work for me.

My issue with these shoes is the consistence in quality. The right shoes fits perfectly and is extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The left shoe, however, was cut differently - more shallow near the outside of my foot compared to the right (see the picture and notice the amount of space between the shoes upper and the strap at the outboard side of the shoe - compare right to left). This has resulted in quite a bit of pinching and pain in my left foot. Although I can wear the right shoe all day without problems, Im instantly in pain on my left foot. I was hoping that through some wear (and stretching) the left shoe would eventually become bearable but it hasnt. These were originally meant as a backup to a pair of shoes Im having repaired with the hopes that they would become my new standard. Unfortunately, I cant wait to get my others back just because I dread putting these on. Im giving these two stars (instead of one) because they do have some redeeming qualities. I love the style of the shoes. With the proper fit theyre extremely comfortable and can be worn all day. The soles of the shoes provide the perfect amount of non-slip - especially for winter months. Ive worn these at least three times a week since I bought them and the heel has held up extremely well. Hopefully my issue with the inconsistent cut between the right and left shoes was only a fluke and your purchase is more successful than mine.

Another Color,Same Size of shoes are TIGHT!! Previous testimony for the pair o Navy shoes I bought: "I am pleased and will buy more colors! They are classy, elegant and stylish!! " So I bought them in Black and they are tight. Not sure what to do!
