I should have heeded the reviewers that complained about the heel fit. There are so many great reviews and I desperately needed last minute comfy heels to wear to the Five Star Conference. I got the word last minute from work that I would be attending so I furiously hit up amazon to get myself a decent last minute professional wardrobe and some seriously comfortable heels since I would be on my feet most of the day and then attending networking events at night. So I thought hmmmm...these will easily do double duty...and so many good reviews! I pulled the trigger and got these along with a few lark&ro dresses to look my best. Well...I should have listened to the naysayers( I typically do not because there are always a few that are never pleased) these shoes DO NOT stay put on your feet. They slip right out with every step. So disappointing from this brand. They need to go back to the drawing board. And I am now stuck being so late that I will have to hit the damn mall when I get to Dallas to find decent shoes (obviously not Naturalizers fault but I feel like complaining due to these shoes being such a colossal fail) also, anyone thinking the issue can be solved with heel grips....yeah....I tried silicone ones and the rubberized grippy ones. Swing and a miss. In desperation I even doubled them up. It helped a bit...but still they were still slipping and the last thing I need is to fall on my ass in the middle of a conference. Pass on these ones ladies...they are a broken ankle waiting to happen.

Not the bells and whistles I expected. First, (this has nothing to do with the shoe itself, but had to be addressed) I dont like to be sent a previously returned item. This is unacceptable to me when I am paying for never used or tried on. On to the shoe: The shoe color was beautiful and the leather was nice as well, but they are tight in the toe area. I wear a 7M, and thats what I ordered, but now see I should have ordered a wide width or size up possibly. I could tell almost instantly that these would be uncomfortable within an hour or less, so I returned them.

Fits true to size. Nice, rich navy colour. Comfortable and squishy inside cushioning. Can be worn with jeans, to work, date night. These shoes will go with all the rich colours of fall in your wardrobe (cognac, burgundy/merlot, mustard, grey, beige and camel. They will also go with all your colours of spring and summer (red, yellow, pink, beige, white and coral.

I have had a pair of these heels in the black snake skin print that I bought directly from the company for years. I ran across these same Michelle pumps on amazon for MUCH cheaper. I was so happy when they came perfect. Carefully packaged and shipped, arrived in time. The material looks immaculate and the comfort is exactly what I know and love from this model of shoe. I’m going to use amazon as my source for Naturalizer Michelle heels from now on. Update: I just bought these heels again in the caramel color. Great quality right out of the box, looking perfect!

I generally wear a 6.5 with a foot that is not technically wide, but on the wide side. I prefer wide in heels and boots...basically anything that might squish my toes in the toe box. I found the perfect size in a 6W. These heels are the best combination of price, comfort and style that I have found. The heels are not too high and they fit comfortably in the toe box without slipping off the heel. Editing to add: After I wrote this review, I thought that I would want another pair in a different color. This pair (black) is much smaller and tighter in the toe box than the previous pair (nude). I cant wear them despite the fact that they are labelled wide and I technically dont have wide feet (just finicky and slightly wide). Im sending them back. I may try a half size up, but I think that they will slip on the heel. Im removing a star for inconsistency! Too bad! Edited again after I received the 6.5W in black - this one fits. It might be a smidge long and Im trying to decide if it will slip. I think that I got one of the last pairs in this size in stock and they had definitely been tried on. The sides were a little stretched but it wasnt so terrible that I wouldnt keep them. Im still trying to decide on the length, but otherwise, this pair fits. I think that it is a classic shoe with decent quality (some size variation issues) that is just what I need as long as the size is right.
