I am 51" and 105lb and usually wear size 6.5 regular. I ordered 6.5W and its a little big. I found wide much more comfortable for all day at work but I probably need 6W. I am returning it and may get 6W. It is very comfortable and perfect for work.

These are pretty comfortable, only issue is they have stretched out quite a bit after just a few wears.

A great comfortable pump. Had to order a half size smaller than usual and in Wide. Perfect fit in this shoe! The shoe is going to be my mainstay.
