I stand all day at work and purchased these shoes because I read online that Sam Edelman made some of the most comfortable pumps out there. I feel so annoying for giving this 4 stars, but Im a very consistent 9.5 and these were so uncomfortably tight. I re-ordered for a 10 and they do fit, but of course a bit loose on the heel. The inside of the shoe is padded and smooth, which makes them very comfortable - but as for any pointy-toe pump, its not exactly comfortable on your toes. I typically have a high tolerance for uncomfortable pumps and these are still great, I think I just went into this purchase with too high of standards thinking they wouldnt hurt at all. Oops! Overall, I do recommend them and theyre beautiful, classy, pumps that I get compliments on all the time!

I ordered a 6,my normal size. Sometimes I wear a 5.5, when I got 6-8prs at at time(all colors)I thought wow these are the most comfy shoes I’ve ever bought. As far as a high heel. The leather is so beautiful and DOES stretch out, when Brocken in. I could tell, that they stretch because the right shoe was always a lil bigger,from trying them on. So I sent back every pair and got a 5.5. Absolutely perfect fit. Although,I couldn’t get back all the same color shoes in a 5.5. They had Been bought up. So order your Sam shoes 1/2sz down(if width is good) the first time you order. Saves a lot a time and patience. There’s still colors I want in this HAZEL pump, that I am waiting to purchase. No 5.5’s left. Your gonna love them!!!PROMISE YOU!!

My new favorite classy heels! Im so glad I splurged. It is comfortable even after wearing it for 5 hours. Ladies, dont let the 4 inch scare you. High heels, high hopes. I feel so sexy and powerful whenever I wear these. They are practical if you alternate between sitting and standing. Ill use my other kitten heels if I do have to walk around the whole day. One of my favorite purchases. I am glad they have the wide width available. Comparing these to my other non-designer heels, Sam Edelmans is top quality and it is surprisingly very comfortable for me. It doesnt look like theres a lot of padding, but when you put them on, you feel well-supported. I wear them with my suit and I feel like a boss. I was debating on getting Ivanka Trumps or BCBG..but those didnt have the wide width option. Good quality shoes do make a huge difference. I am a true believer now.

Let me first say that this is my 4th Hazel pump by SE and this polka dot pump was definitely sized differently. Perhaps bc it is mesh and not leather, the material was not soft or forgiving so I had to get 1/2 size up. Also, bc it is not leather, it makes for some discomfort that I did not experience with my other 3. Hence the 4 stars. Still loved the shoe but not crazy about the discomfort.
