Calvin Klein is the second from bottom black shirt in the photo. Above it is the narrower Hanes and Fruit of the Loom. Below it is the Tommy Hilfiger. They are all size Large and as you can see, they are all the same length, but Hanes and Fruit of the Loom are more narrow. Those brands have to stretch around my belly, so are more form fitting. I am 57" 180 lbs and prefer the look and feel of the roomier Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.

I was hesitant about buying designer brand, as Ive always had hit or miss quality. But, I still took a gamble and bought these. Here are my thoughts. Pros: +Extremely soft feel. Softer than brand new Hanes or Fruit of the Loom tank tops. +Long enough to be tucked in under shirts, but can be comfortably worn as is around the house, etc. +Black color is very rich and deep, unlike some of the faded black, gray-ish appearing, colors passed off as black. +Extremely comfortable as undershirts, to sleep in, lounge in, and do yard work outside in 80+ Fahrenheit weather. Cons: None, as of now. Note: -These tank tops do shrink in the wash about 10%. The length shortened about 3 inches, and width shortened about an inch (Medium size shrinks down to about 27 inches from top of the shoulder tank top strap to the bottom, and about 15 inches across from armpit seam to armpit seam). But, they just become more form-fitting and snug, rather than slightly baggy and loose like right out of the package. They also did lose a bit of softness after first wash, but thats expected from cotton material; however, they remained extremely soft, and as I said, fit much better. Even with those two aspects, I still highly recommend them. Well worth the ~$10/tank top. Will update in the future about longevity.

Note this is purchases in June 2018. If you are reading this six months or a year from now, it may or may not be valid. Second purchase in as many weeks. Buying these black undershirts is a bigger gamble than a local election. Ive bought Polo, Target, and another brand here. What Ive found is one of these conditions: (1) Too short; (2) OK, but the next time I buy is different, usually too short (Target is the worst for this problem, but it happened with Polo brand also), (3) OK, but after washing, too short and buying a larger size makes them too loose. This shirt is a stand out. Nice and long. A little close fitting, but I prefer that. First package, I washed before wearing (always do that) and they were fine. Second wash, no change. So, I ordered another package. Washed and tried, fit just like the first. Good fit, nice material, and an excellent price. Im thinking of ordering a third package. My suggestion. Order a package. Wash, wear, wash again. Check fit. If OK, order enough for a couple years!

PROBLEM I have was simple, avoidable, but simple. Received the incorrect size. Product size I ordered was listed properly on the outside of the package. The ACTUAL size of the shirts was one size SMALLER than what the package listed though. I saw all the markings were what I ordered and needed, but I put it aside because I didnt need them at the moment. When the time came, months later, way outside the return window, I found them to be mismatched with the packaging. They also had been turned around in the package, which is another reason I hadnt noticed it when I received them. THE REASON FOR THIS REVIEW To warn you not to make the mistake I made. GREAT PRODUCT, JUST VERIFY THE SIZE OF THE ACTUAL PRODUCT when it arrives. NEVER ASSUME IT IS CORRECTLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE...OR THAT THE ACTUAL PRODUCT IS CORRECT, BUT THE PACKAGING IS MARKED DIFFERENT. Aside from that, I love these shirts. TOP QUALITY!

Boyfriend loved these! The material is soft and very high quality. They might be a little pricey but it is worth it! I rather buy these than Hanes, which are made from thinner material. If it helps, I got these in Large. My boyfriend is 180 lbs, and 57 and they did fit as expected.
